Location was excellent.

The hotel needs to supply drinkable water when there is no potable water available. It was ridiculous to pay 6 euro for bottled water in the hotel. Especially at 400 euros a night.

Location was very good and only took 10 minutes from the Boat bus at St Marcos . The rooms were good and comfortable. I did not have breakfast. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller I was made to feel very comfortable at this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

Small problem with my room not being serviced but this was quickly and efficiency addressed by the management. I was extremely impressed by the way my complaint was dealt with. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing and the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant was very good too. I shall definitely return to this hotel.

Almost everything, especially at the discounted price we luckily got. However the prices for their rooms seem to vary a whole lot.

Hotel breakfast in Covid times is frustrating.. could be optimized by the staff, I think. Currently not worth the 15EUR per person.

Wonderful!!! Good sized rooms with TV, desk, full length mirror, bedside tables, and comfy beds that were a little stiff for my taste, but still in that comfortable zone. Nice large bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidets, bath and shower. Our own entry hallway with a place for coats, shoes, and luggage. Complimentary water, sewing kit (which came in handy twice), and some basic toiletries. Mini bar, refrigerator and safe in room. A/C and blackout drapes as well as decorative drapes for extra good sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaned every day. Great breakfast buffet and 20% off lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Superb location. Close to most everything with a water entrance for gondola rides. Best hotel ever!

That we had to go home.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern and very centrally located, just a short walk from St Mark's square. It was very easy to walk to different parts of the city and the hotel is also right on the water so is accessible by water taxi. The roof top bar was lovely, although a shame it's only open from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded for free to a room with canal view on arrival which was nice, but definitely would not have been worth the extra 100 euros a night which we had been offered prior to arrival! It's not the best view, but nice to see the water - we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

The room wasn't that big and it was a little annoying having 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double - one of us kept ending up in the crack! Rooftop bar would be great if it was open a little later, we were sadly only able to use it once and it's lovely up there.

This is a nice place in Venice. We’d definitely go back too. Rooftop terras and location in general is great. If you can afford it spend approx 85€ on a water taxi from the harbor to this place. Or take the public transport boat for 7,5€. The rooms and windows are sound proof. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was well organized.

Get an upgrade. A superior room can be a bit simplistic and ours was due for an overhaul. Airco can make a lot of noise and room can be a bit “lived”. We upgraded - If you upgrade one tier for approx 40€ a night you’ll have canal view and your stay is properly luxurious.

Great location, comfortable room and very good breakfast with friendly staff.

Our room was facing onto a busy street and was very noisy if you had the window open and on the first Saturday night we could hear shouting in the early hours of the morning which woke us up . We bought earplugs for our second night. We moved on our 3rd night as we had water coming through our bathroom roof… the room we were moved to overlooked the canal and was infinitely quieter. The hotel also gave us a wonderful meal in their restaurant which was exceptional probably the best meal we had i Venice our whole stay to make up for any inconvenience due to the water incident.

The location and the staff were excellent

The room was slightly dark

The room was much nicer than we expected. We booked a standard room which was quite tucked away from the others and much bigger than anticipated. We also had a great canal view with big windows which we weren't expecting. The hotel is on a very busy path and canal but was so quiet inside.

Taller people may struggle with the shower. It may just have been the layout of our room as there were some strange wall angles but i struggled to get under the shower without almost standing on the side of the bath (that is probably my only negative though - and that's a stretch)
