The home was very clean, secure with a coded gate, and peaceful. We had an amazing time on the patio on the beach, and the room was just as described. Kathleen had breakfast for us and the other guests right on time every morning, and was incredibly nice and helpful with advice and recommendations!

Some of the other guests weren't as respectful with being quiet, and came back arguing and slamming things at night. No fault of Kathleen's or her house.

Kathy was very friendly and welcoming! We happened to be from similar areas of SoCal, so there was that connection. Location is off the beaten path so you will have a beachfront, rustic experience. You will need a vehicle if you like to come and go. Highly recommend shopping for favorite foods if you are staying more than overnight. She has a separate guest fridge to accommodate...Looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed the experience. Normal travel stays are in Hotels, so this was great for that. Not an early traveling riser, so neighbors could be heard early a.m., but they are in a private residence. Not a problem.

The host got up every morning to cook for my wife and I made us feel right at home. The property had a nice breeze coming from the ocean made it feel really nice especially at night. My wife and I coming from Dallas Texas where it is real hot right now made it feel like fall.

Location was perfect. Felt safe as this is a gated community. Kathleen was a wonderful host. The room was clean. The view of the beach was amazing.

The restroom was a shared restroom. Thanfully nobody was staying in the room next store so we had the restroom all to ourselves. The water temperature in the shower kept switching from hot to cold. To cold from hot. Ended my shower with cold water.

I liked the remote location from the main road which promoted a quiet environment. The facilities were clean and well organized. The morning meals were prompt and always warm. The staff was available to make the stay friendly and to answer any lingering questions.

The Lighting around the residence can be improved. Evening arrivals, especially in the first night of one's stay, can be difficult.

We came down to Rosarito area for a last minute golf trip with friends and Kathy's place was conveniently located between both courses so we decided to stay there. It was the perfect home base for daily visits to Puerto Nuevo and Rosarito, both only a few miles away. Kathy made an amazing spread for breakfast every morning - one day eggs, sausage and potatoes, waffles, coffee, orange juice, and another day fried eggs with bacon and English muffins. Go for the views, stay for the food! We spent one night chatting with Kathy and she was such a great host!

The best feature was the private beachfront. I loved being able to have my coffee overlooking the sea & cliffs. Kathy was so amazing & helpful. The breakfast was top tier! Close to everything & very secure.

The shower was a little hit & miss with the hot water but not terrible

The property is fantastic, it's a great place to go and escape for a weekend vacation. The host was fantastic, she's very accommodating and she added to the experience. The rooms are clean and quiet, and it's right on the beach. I would recommend this spot to anyone and will be going back!

Kathleen was very nice to us ; she made us feel like home , very nice lady , very friendly , Very nice view to the ocean , hear the waves hitting the rocks, very unforgettable View 👌

There was no bathroom in the room,

The breakfast was excellent and tasty. The ocean view was wonderful. The property was magnificent and Kathleen was super hospitable and nice. Over all had a great experience.
