Hyatt Place Tijuana

Excellent location, our Regency level room was very comfortable and spotless clean, our mini bar was fully stocked with different beverages and delicious candy bars, also a drawer with some potato chips and nuts, perfect for a midnight snack :) The hotel is perfectly located steps away from a first class mall Andares, and many restaurants, just a wonderful experience all around. But most importantly the staff at the Hyatt Andares are extremely wonderful and kind :) Thank you!

The sofa bed option is only available on rooms without view. Basically the hotell has a solid wall on one side therefore obstructing all view for all the rooms on that side. It is not disclosed on the web site / reservation time and specifications available are missing completely. It is a deceiving practice that is rather disappointing....

I liked that the hotel was modern and very clean. The room was very spacious.

When I arrived to registration, the front desk staff assumed that I was there to check in for the Bariatric center due to me being overweight. I felt very uncomfortable and awkward. I feel that staff should not make assumptions based on a guest’s appearance.

We have been for 13 nights and then due to work we wanted to extend stay for 6 more night but the fares they given was way too high for extension and no support in price to customers

BREAKFAST!!!! We loved everything about the property. The staff was great and very helpful. We never had to worry about getting a taxi. The cleaning staff was great too we always came back to a very clean room with fresh towels. Check-in & check-out were hassle free and the complementary breakfast was amazing, especially his pozole. Big shoutout to the chef!!!

The location is the best if you want to be near restaurants, the garita and US visa offices. The breakfast is good enough and the room is clean and comfortable. The wifi has a good quality.

Stayed at a deluxe king room but the view was really bad, I thought I was going to have a view of the city.

I like the staff was treated nice and the breakfast was exceptional the rooms were nice and roomy with all the conveniences of home

That the power and water was out on certain days but it wasn't long so it was bearable, also the cable in the room would freeze sometimes which was kind of annoying

Excellent location, it’s a very safe area, the staff is wonderful and very professional, the rooms are comfortable and clean.
