Good location, across the street there is an Oxxo and a currency exchange place if you need some pesos. On the other side there is a Pampas if you are in the mood for a yummy dinner. Free parking at the hotel. They check your temperature upon arrival and have you sanitize. The checking in and out is an easy fast process. Free breakfast which were some eggs, refried beans and potatoes with orange juice and some pastries. We called it in and it was sent up to us in like 3 minutes.

They only give you one pillow and when you request more, it is not honored. We found some old snacks in my friends room, probably housekeeping forgot it there (it was some trail mix and a old banana) We went down to the lobby to report it and they said they would look into it. When we were checking out we asked if we could get a discount they didnt honor it :(

over all stay was great transportation service was awesome!

the young ladies at the front desk were rude really need to work on service skills oh, and she tried to keep my 50 dollar change I had to go back and ask for it she never apologized for trying to keep it

Had a very nice stay! The dr we were seeing uses this hotel for patients and companions. Felt secure.. you need a to checked in to get to upper doors. Very COVID aware and safety measures are in place as soon as you step into the lobby. A little confusion on my second night stay which I had set up the day before so I didn’t have to switch rooms. Breakfast was good. There needs to be a notice in the room telling you to call so breakfast can be delivered to your room! Cleaning lady got me more water and towels. Kitchenette is nice. Floors had a lot of dust by windows! Would be nice if you could get English subtitles on the tv. Also a little better communication from front desk. Would help if you had a more ladies that spoke English a little better. All of the ladies were very nice! Also used hotel shuttle to take me to recovery house. Make sure to tip the driver! Very nice!

Dusty floors by the windows. Some kind of pamphlet to tell about breakfast and area restaurants and attractions would be nice. Also what to do if you need more water and towels.

Restaurants & store nearby.

Norteño club a block and a half away, but could be heard as if it was downstairs. We got charged $5 dollats for parking for not grabbing a ticket at the gate when we went into parking lot. Why do we have to get a ticket if we checked in and used the key card to get in the parking lot. That was your way in/out, using your room key. We argued, but he needed the five bucks more than I did I guess.

Forgot to use breakfast, but it was very nice.

TV reception poor. For some stations very fuzzy. Expected Spanish content which was readily available.

I did not partake of breakfast. the staff was very friendly however, they were distracted with other things before being attentive to me. there was something going on with them

I could have used another blanket. I wasn't told how to use the thermostat in the room so I was hotter at first and then was way cold.

The hotel was the best I have got in tijuana, really clean hotel, the room was really clean, really nice staff, and great location next to allot of places to eat

Parking spaces are to tight, and the entrance has a big slope entrance, my car is stock and yet it still manages to scrape from the bottom bumper

My stay at this location was absolutely amazing the room was super clean the staff was there to help with anything I will be back from ok m here on out

How safe it was ,how wonderful the staff was the breakfast was just as wonderful there is nothing bad I can say and it was affordable even down to the bellman loved my whole stay .

Good variety of food. The food tasted descent. I liked the fact that they kept refilling as soon as something ran out.

The parking was not tall or large enough for our 15 passenger van and we had to park farther away. I recommend thinking about large groups with large vehicles.
