Holiday Inn Tijuana Zona Rio, an IHG Hotel

Staff was always quick, friendly, & knowledgeable. At 11:30pm, New Year’s Eve, they managed to get a capable computer techie on the phone, to solve help w/ a peculiar question about the WiFi! Good-sized room & bed. Food was excellent: tasty, nutritious, creative, attractive— & yet, average prices.

No microwave, no frige, & windows condense badly. Too few towels, 3.5. Their restaurant needs to put its web site in the room, & / or when you access their WiFi. Boring walls, that are even more drab, in the hallways. Inspite of thick glass windows, doubled, there is still a lot of road noise, but greatly diminished if the curtains are closed. When the heater stops, it does so as if dying! Both amusing, & disturbing- of sleep. Great👍🤴-size bed. The recommended taxi company gouges - double the rates posted in the veranda, & judging from my fairly extensive experience w/ Tj taxis. Pool should be heated. This survey is incapable: in reverts back to a blank slate, each time I switch to a different phone application, & back to the survey.

It was nice and it was located some nice eating areas a block away. I really like that

It was pretty far away from the mall area. Plus downtown was quite a task. Otherwise it was pretty good except you could really improve the pillows not comfortable

In the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants and inside restaurant breakfast was awesome😋

Pool and hot tub not working. Drinks at bar was watered down. They didn't even try to hide it.

The front desk employees were very helpful.Dianna knew English which was a plus and she and her coworker went above and beyond to help me get medicine delivered to the hotel for my son. The coffee is delicious and bed is comfortable with lots of pillows.

I thought the room furniture was a little outdated and the bathroom could use an upgrade. It’s a fancy downstairs. Other than than it is agreed clean hotel.

I like that they have breakfast in the morning and u don't have to out to buy food bcs they also have a restaurant in the hotel..

The rooms are bit smaller that I thought. No microwave so you can't heat up anything.also no fridge so u cant have cool drinks that was a disappointment..

The breakfast was great the personal was very perfesinol rooms are very clean I would recond this hotel to anyone I would stay there myself and my family again great location not to far from airport. My family and I we enjoy the stay

Clean rooms, good beds, friendly staff, good location.

Got a room facing a busy avenue in Tijuana and there was traffic noise all night long, which led to not sleeping very well. They should tell you the room location so you have an option.

no fridge or microwave in the room which we really needed due to traveling with kids.

The room having Air conditioner, coffee pot and iron with ironing board, although didn't use them. Liked the wood flooring and extra space on bathroom sink.

Room Air conditioner a little noisy. No complimentary breakfast.

The whole staff was amazing super friendly and they made sure we felt at home, the best waiters for breakfast and cristian was our Bartender, he rocked, the staff was the friendliest!!

That the towels were old and smelly and the shower curtain was torn
