the pool needs updated

I loved everything about this place the service was amazing everyone greeted you with a smile. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant that was delicious and in the morning we had buffet that was beyond my expectations I only wish we could have stayed for the buffet its a must. They have parking which is close and they have a Starbucks when you enter. We didn't have enough time to go to the pool but we will definitely be back. The shopping center and stadium and casino are close by with plenty of restaurants around.

I loved it all

I love how big the rooms are because they have tall ceilings and a couple of different table and chairs to sit at as well as really comfortable beds and pillows. The pool is a huge bonus and the free buffet in the morning is exquisite.

The only complaint I have is I wish they would let you take the Buffet food up to your room. I had a really Bad migraine one day and really did not want to hang out in the loud cafeteria with a bunch of people I wanted so desperately just to take my plate of fruit up to my room and enjoy it in peace but they won’t let you do that for some reason although they do allow room service which I found to be a little bit strange so that made me sad but I understand they have their policies. Other than that everything was top-notch. The concierge’s are super friendly as well as all of the staff. They were extremely helpful in finding me a ride to the airport.

Only hotel we will ever stay in when we visit Tijuana! Great location, extremely clean rooms (and sanitized), all Covid protocols are followed and implemented, rooms are modern and very comfortable! Room amenities and toiletries are superb. My wife enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Great variety and high quality of food, drinks and pastries. Every member of the staff will greet you and make sure everything is taken care of for your stay. Highly recommend!

Nothing! I cannot think of anything negative about our stay or the hotel! Everything was top notch!

bellboy: Diego who took our helped us with our bags when we arrived. Ricardo recommended a nearby pharmacy and helped us with our luggage when we left. Honorable moment: the bartender felt my husband over tipped him and saved his change in an envelope. Restaurant: Ramon and Federico were our same servers the whole weekend and they didn’t disappoint. Ramon was joking with my teen boys and had them laughing. The food was buffet, and it changed daily. Flavorful, clean, and small but delicious varieties. Sergio: brought us our room service meal. One plate was missing which wasn’t his fault sine it hadn’t been placed on the bill. He quickly called it in and returned with with the order. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and orderly. The carpet felt freshly vacuumed. The bathrooms had plenty of lighting, but the rooms felt dim even with lamps and all lights on.

We were staying in a 2-bed room and had registered 3 guest and only had one water bottle. The other room was also a two bed with 2 guest reserved and also had one water bottle. The website amenities stated: fridge, oven, and coffee maker. The oven was missing which was unfortunate because we had some leftovers we wanted to reheat. We reserved 2 rooms, and both rooms were missing the oven. The coffeemaker was a one person server and the cord didn’t reach the socket. We had to move it to the restroom. The coffee/tea box came with a selection of coffee and teas, but only came with one coffee cup. The hotel stated heated pool which was a big plus for us choosing here versus another location and the pool was not heated. That was a bummer for my kids.

The stay was great. Originally ran in to a problem checking in when I booked the room it stated that the room came with a balcony and view of the golf course. Upon checking in I asked and was told that it was not a room with a balcony but when I explained what it said the staff was friendly and gave me a different room with balcony!!

Executive snack, complementary breakfast, free parking great perks with room!! Just wish they gave four towels with a double queen bedroom.

The staff was very friendly. The room very clean and disinfected. But the other services were kind of poor. The pool was colder than expected, no service attendant, old towels, but somehow nice. The room was very clean and beds were clean and safe to sleep. But noisy in the morning due to street traffic, but ok

Mostly, the lack of morning services, like early coffee, (outside the room), the late breakfast times, the sense of emptiness in most public areas. The cold water on the pool.

Really good and friendly people always looking to help. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very welcoming and helpful.

There is nothing I disliked.

The rooms were nice. The hotel felt secure. Parking was cheap. Room service was decent. Staff was very helpful. Check in/out was quick.

The location wasn't the rest it was a little far from revolution (the main strip in Tijuana). Overall it was a good experience.

Staff at the lobby and front desk are really nice and friendly.

The pool area was not so clean. There were no towels available.
