Good location, confortable bed, but not 100% clean. Breakfast was ok, good options for quick breakfast. The staff are very courteous and polite.
Had a little trouble with WiFi, constant disconnections and frequently loses speed. Door handle was not working properly and had trouble to get into the room.

It was nice and clean everyone treated us and greeted us with so much kindness and respect
I thought the price got the hotel was a little too much. When we got there they also messed up and gave our room to someone else but still give us the key to our room and when we went in the room we realized there was someone else occupying our room. My husband let them know and they fixed it right away and gave us a new room.

Room was small but had everything you need when doing business travel. Staff was very friendly. Regarding COVID-19 precentive measures, everything seemed in place.
The shower drain emited a light odor (though not fowl). It wasn’t a game changer but it was noticeable. The AC unit emited a strange abnormal noise periodically. It wasn’t loud but was noticeable in the quiet room. It didn’t disturb my sleep. The room only included ONE body towel. No hand towels or several body towels...this was a MAYOR downgrade in user exerience, since it forced me to put on some of my (dirty) clothes in the bathroom floor to prevent slipping when exiting the shower. I’m guessing if I had asked for more towels they would’ve given me more, but I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait so I didn’t. An electrical outlet in the room wasn’t working, which depicts areas of opportunity of the maintenance team.

As normal City Express, it was clean, good location, same breakfast etc. It’s as kind of Mc Donalds of hotel industry.
The price of Tijuana is high compare to other cities. It was a bit higher than other ones.

Staff was friendly and place very clean. It also felt and a security guard all day and night!
