Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tijuana

The location was good. The facility is new and modern and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and the housekeeping staff did a good job. The in-house restaurant is simple and has a small menu but it's of course very convenient and the staff was friendly and the food good. One thing I particularly liked was the large window (overlooking Boulevard Sanchez Taboada)--other hotels I've been in in Tijuana were nice overall but the room wasn't as well-lit (City Express Plus) or they had a big window but it was so heavily tinted the room was still dark (City Express Suites).

Nothing comes to mind (though I'm writing this review a few weeks after I checked out).

The staff was very friendly, they had a decent breakfast. They just kept running out of certain items pretty quickly however, it’s understandable due to the amount of people that went at the same time. However, the staff were real quick to respond and kept the tables clean.

I requested extra pillows and never received them.

Breakfast was ok - Location superb for going to Bio Advanced Medical Center

It was quite scary when the elevator doors didn't open !!!!!

breakfast was Good. could do better with options do not make it Americanized. I am in Mexico I am looking for Mexican food options.

loved everything! very clean property. Great breakfast. the parking garage is so safe and secure. everything is within walking distance. Rabelos restaurant is so good! right around the corner.

everything was amazing.

What I loved the most is how clean the room was impeccable. The cool air was amazing it was definitely a big plus especially when one comes really tired from their trip.

The only thing I didn't like that can be changed is the breakfast was not that good because they don't provide wheat bread, and pancakes. Which is the most common item one eats in the morning. It would be better if you guys had a wide variety of different things.

Close to everything... Restaurants,bars ,etc.

Check out...took a long time, they had 2 clerks for one customer..but..other than that,it is a very nice hotel,and I will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great and delicioso.

The WiFi did not connect. Also, we asked not to book the room next to the elevators, and we ended up next to the elevators.

The property is clean, comfortable and feels safe.

The breakfast food was going fast and it took a bit to bring out more food items - however the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was good, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Breakfast was slow with the safe distance process in place. It took 10 mins to be seated and around 15-20 mins to be served coffee. The towels in the bedroom could be nicer/ better and maybe have a mirror outside of the bathroom.
