Hotel Indigo Guanajuato, an IHG Hotel0

The hotel was at the edge of the busy Guanajuato center. Easy to walk to the main tourist attractions and far enough to be in a less noisy street. People were nice and breakfast choices were plenty.

For a building that is in the historic center of Guanajuato, I thought that the wall paper imitating stone and brick at the entrance ruined the look of the place. I wish we had had a room looking towards the back and not to the street. The view would have been more open and the room more quiet.

I love the cleanliness of the entire hotel. All staff was friendly from the moment of arrival valet. The rooms definitely met my expectations. We had breakfast and I love the accommodations that were made for my kids breakfast.

I didn’t like that I was going to be charged because it didn’t show I had paid when I had already confirmed and paid booking.com. I had to call booking.com and they had to call the hotel to sort that out. Although it was taken care of It was a little bit of a hassle. Especially while traveling with my family.

there was some confusion with the airport pickup - they had given us driver details that weren’t accurate which was worrisome; i really wish they had a gym

New and nice clean hotel...as a solo traveler I didn't like the walk home from city center at night

The 2 male employees in the hotel bar restaurant....when checking out they said I didn't pay for a meal when I paid cash, it was very embarrassing and they spoke Spanish and laughed.....I left the hotel feeling very badly and will never stay there again...better hotels near city center

Very nice new hotel. Staff was great about accommodating our request to change rooms because first room was too loud due to being next to the street. Convenient location in town.

First room was a bit noisy but they helped us change to a quieter side of the hotel.

Located a short walk from the center, but away from the noise. New and modern rooms, and secure parking (a big plus). Breakfast was excellent.

No issues. Included breakfast was for the adults in room only, but prices reasonable to buy breakfast for kids.

Everything was just great, food was great, service all great

Staff was very nice and helpful and it was fun to see them painted for day of the dead celebration. I also appreciated that I was able to cancel one of my 3 nights without being charged when I realized we could only come for two nights.

I got charged twice it's been over a week and haven't got a solution yet! Dissapointed to say the least.
