the location and the lady that helped us check in. she was very helpful. Even when we left she helped us put our luggage in the car and I tried to tip her and didn’t accept it. she was very generous and helpful with us and our three little children.
the room didn’t have a small refrigerator and the small sink in the room didn’t work.

Great location in central Guanajuato.
Something to be aware of: This hotel does not have working internet and apparently their staff are not allowed to acknowledge this. So when you show them that it doesn’t work (and I mean work at all, not that it isn’t high speed), they will insist that it actually does work and that you simply don’t understand. Even though internet is almost universally included in hotel services now, I still include it in my search filters because I expect to be able to work from my laptop for at least a few hours each day. In any case, it’s a problem with a simple solution: either pay for a service that works or don’t claim to offer something you don’t have.

The room was big and very comfortable for me and my partner. During the days we went, the weather was very hot and the room kept fresh so it was a very good place to stay.
The room we had was facing the street so during the night we heard a lot of noise and people talking/partying.

The place is not bad, bud it looks a lot better in the pictures. Our door (room 9) had a lock instead of a regular door knob were you can easily lock and unlock.

the location was great since it´s near a block cross was a little bit tricky to park but has a valet guy included no extra charges in the time they say.
was a little bit hot inside the room, it has a fan but is not enough; we suggest to put A/C on the rooms will be more comfortable. We asked for our car on the next day and took like 1 hour to bring to us, I have to walk like 1km to get it.

I had an amazing view, the maintenance is amazing the housekeeping organized everything great. Keep in mind their is no elevator but I personally didnt mind. Everything was very very near by.
