Room was big, decoration of the room was incredible. It felt like staying at someone's place and not a hotel. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars.

the bathroom was not comfy, hot water took too long and water pressure was weak. Curtains did not block the light so you wake up early in the morning and there is a lamp just outside the room. Is not the best resting experience

Beautiful old traditional look, spacious room, the bed was a little too hard, however, the staff really gave their best to make it more comfortable 🥰

The location is a 10 minute walk to the main plaza but right next two the lavederos (an important landmark) and parque Juarez (a gorgeous famous park). it also has tons of restaurants and bars in the immediate area! Very cute rooms with very personal touches. And parking!

Wifi was so week it didn’t even register in our first room so we switched to a room with a good signal

staff helpful when requested, but sometimes didn’t anticipate routine needs, such as soap and shampoo, hand towels, or blanket.

No wifi working during my 6-day stay. No explanation offered. The property is beautiful but of older construction that needs superficial maintenance.

Room and bed were comfortable and decorated nicely. The grounds are gorgeous, very beautiful and unique little boutique hotel. Excellent location for walking everywhere in the city. They did provide us with a fan for the room once we asked and that was incredibly helpful.

Not the most welcoming reception and wifi is so-so. Wished they had at least just a coffee station set up in the early morning until they start breakfast about 9:15 or 9:30 for the price you pay. The first night was quiet but the second night, the people above us were noisy walking around, just not well sound proofed.

an autentical mexican hotel, we had two bathrooms in the same room, they also have a parking lot that was very amazing for us, it is not so far from the downtown (around 10 minutes walking).

the flush of the WC, didnt work so well, the TV doesnt have internet.

the photos don’t do the apartments enough justice, we were pleasantly surprised about the massive room and historic features.

knitpicking here but the room could have done with a kettle and perhaps a small fridge as there is no restaurant on site. The safe wasn’t working either in our room.

The hotel is very beautiful (modern-colonial), the staff was very attentive and friendly at all times, do not expect the bed and breakfast, however, the cathedral and town plaza is at a 10 minute walk which has an amazing variety of restaurants. Overall a very nice hotel with fair prices considering other expensive nearby hotels.

Quaint with old world charm, spacious areas and beautifully decorated with art and artifacts. The grounds were lovely.

It is located on a very steep incline that was a little difficult to maneuver.
