The property is very quaint and very clean. No crazy parties or loud guests. Very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect when you are visiting with small children. Also, the rooms are super clean and the shower/toilet pressure is very good.
The hacienda is a bit outdated it also has no AC. If you visit during the summer months prepare to be hot. There is a small fan in the room but it only pushes the hot air around.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, a basic but nice, spacious room and a beautiful pool (open only on weekends during my stay.) The staff were very kind and gracious. I had to leave for work each morning before regular breakfast hours and was kindly served a cooked breakfast at the time that I needed. The hotel seemed empty during the week but popular for weekend family gatherings so for me, that was a nice mixture of solitude and a more lively atmosphere. The location is outside the city center, about $4-5 USD for taxi each way.
No complaints, everything was excellent.

Everything! Especially the staff. Restaurant was good. Daily beer and cappuccinos. Had a good massage. Walked to eat. Taxi’d to the centro. Pool was amazing and able to let our dogs off leash and hang with us.

The rooms are beautiful with exposed brick and colourful tiles in the bathroom. Staff was absolutely amazing, from receptionist who helped us book our covid tests, to cook who stayed over hours to keep us happy and to a super friendly and helpful manager. We were impressed with all the steps taken to keep everything clean and safe and with the managers efforts to provide environmental friendly water solutions!
Our room was next to the pool so a bit noisy over the weekend, but to be fair the manager did give us a heads up.
