Econo Express Hotel

It's a great hotel for short stays. It's right next to a metro station that brings you directly to the Zocalo, and next door to a Walmart. There are many taco stands and some local restaurants just around the corner. The breakfast buffet is small but the warm food was tasty and the fruit was fresh. The coffee was very good too!

I hope the following will be taken as constructive feedback, as most points are easily fixed: The pillows we had were terrible, flat and lumpy. As for amenities at the sink, there were only two small bar soap and one shampoo. The faucet in the sink literally "sprayed" small amounts of water into the flat sink, resulting in getting your stomach wet. The towels were quiet small. The doors let through any noise coming from the hallway.

Close to a subway station from where you can go to the center rather easy. Breakfast was decent. Staff members were friendly and spoke English. Room was cleaned every day. There was a workout room where you have some little dumbbells but the treadmill and the bike are rather not usable.

It is really loud because of the road. The room was small and some did not have a window to the outside (I got a different room after asking but maybe something you should check before arriving if it is important to you).

Cleanliness, of the place ,and the security of the building nice water flow hot and cold for showers friendly staff, walking distance from a store walmart in case you need to shop for something, near by star bucks,pizza etc.

That they don't have a fridge or iron to iron clothes or fridge to keep cold snacks or water cool....don't have a restaurant menu in case want to have something to eat after breakfast .

We paid 650 pesos pr. night, which might be a little expensive compared to the hotel is not located in some fancy area. However the location of the line 2 metro is basically 100 m away from the hotel only seperated by a huge walmart which are nice for snacks, food ect. It costs 5 pesos to get to the centro and takes 10 minutes with the metro. For the price speaking i couldn’t be more happy about the hotel, the breakfast buffet was good and varied every morning.

- the room was very good (clean, spacious, comfortable) - Smart TV - big shower - air conditioner - friendly and professional staff

- location next to a noisy street with heavy traffic - located in a "zona rosa" - quite far away from many attractions - breakfast options quite limited - breakfast area gets crowded very quickly - some breakfast tables were quite dirty

really liked the hotel, very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Good quality rooms, good cleaning. Best location, close to Walmart, subway 2 steps away. I highly recommend this hotel, the best offer for price and quality) Thank you for your hospitality

Friendly staff. Clean room

-Shower in a single room needs serious attention - shower head is not working properly, so the water goes everywhere. -If you are looking for a quiet location it's not a good option for you - the street is very loud and there is no noise isolation in the room.

Very nice and spacious room, everything you need available, best WiFi we had in Mexico, great breakfast buffet, great location (directly next to the metro station with a line that goes into the city centre and door to door to a Walmart
