The location, the staff, the value. Near the parks, cafes, restaurants, stores, and most importantly my family. Good room service, mostly friendly staff who mostly spoke at least some English, which was important as I am learning Spanish.

The bed was very hard and there was no mini fridge in our room as I expected. The elevators are very small. There are two but our last day one did not work, and we had to wait a while since we had a lot of luggage.

The location was very convenient for my needs. The staff were very helpful. . The room was large & very clean & the floor service staff was very pleasant.

The room seemed very dark The curtains really couldn't be opened to allow more light in without being exposed.to the outside. (If the windows did not allow viewing inside, there was no notice of that.) Better overall lighting would have made the room more comfortable & convenient. It was difficult to read or peruse city maps, et al. In a city where you can NOT drink the tap water but receiving only 2 free bottles of water for an 8 night stay (requiring having to buy more water on a daily basis) was very inconvenient & should have been unnecessary. The room was large but my personal choice would have liked a bit more decor. I had trouble with the phone being set up correctly & several times the receptionist was not available to transfer calls.

Conveniently located by city metro bus. Hotel was located in a safe and green area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, but some can get quite pricey. Area can get busy during rush hours.

I booked this place for the amenity of using a gym. However the gym did have a leak when it rained which landed on the carpet creating some humidity. The biggest setback was mold growing on the ceiling.

I like this hotel because of the staff, location and cleanliness.

The bedroom we got had beds that were too small and the ceiling was too low... and there was no possibility to open the windows nor ventilate the room. The heater/AC was not working, and they forgot to add water in the room ( we found only the paper stating that the bottle of water was complimentary).

Cleanliness/ price / one of the concierge spooked very good English and he was very helpful

I arrived at 3.15 and my room wasn’t ready and we waited 25 mins in lobby and I saw people coming in and get rooms so I went back to the desk to another clerk and she gave us a room immediately? also no Available ice I called twice and never got any delivered you should have an ice machine on one or two floors for customers 👍

The rooms were big and clean. The hotel is well connected by metrobus to the city centre.

For an establishment of this type and standard, one does expect the staff to speak English and other languages.

Is a great location in avenida Insurgentes access to everything.

They need to update the property, elevators have a carpet from 1970 dirty and smelly, there is an access from the parking lot that is a couple of old wood, or kind of wood locked with a chain...

We had the room at the corner with a great view to Insurgentes. The room was very spacious and we'll taken care of.

The shower did not work properly; it is a nice large shower but the water flow was really small. The shower head is old and probably blocked.

Location is exceptional. Next to Parque Hundido and the Metrobus station. Staff is always kind and willing to help. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is great and at a fair price. The overall value exceeds significantly the price paid.

Beds weren't comfortable at the room we stayed. Last time Beds were great.

Great location and price.

The noise can be heard because it is a very busy avenue. Perhaps suggesting to bring ear plugs as foreign visitors do not have those noises back at home.
