Customer service was excellent. All the people on reception spoke very good English and were very friendly, so made it easier when booking in and asking about subway details. Rooms were a great size and very quiet. Being located on a busy main road there was absolutely no road noise. A great variety for breakfast. Subway station located very close. A late check out helped as it saved us carry suitcases around waiting for a early afternoon flight.

The only bad thing is how close is to a petrol station and the fact that the parking was closed and had to wait like 15 minutes for it to be open, that is not good considering you’re in busy Mexico City street.

Metro in front of the hotel. A little bit noisy but the staff is so nice to change us to a quiet room . It’s actually the quietest and darkest room that we have in Mexico trip. We had a great sleep before going to the next destination.Thank you so much

It's an Ok hotel for a quick stay, it has a decent gym and simple but nice breakfast. Room in general pretty good.
The area around the Hotel is not really good, one feels unsafe for a walk in the evening, there aren't nearby places to dine or take a drink.

I really liked satying here. The location can be a bit offputting for people because its on an avenue that has a lot of ehm prostitutes? but its a really clean and cool hotel.
