Cool minimalist industrial decor, roof terrace great for chilling and working, lovely authentic Mexican breakfast prepared fresh by the wonderful chef on request with the most delicious cafe de Olla, super friendly owners, PERFECT location.

Shower pressure could have been better, but they’re old buildings and I was right at the top... this is quite common in Oaxaca so can’t really complain. :)

1)by bf went sick and no one was responsable in the hotel to help us. We have to solve it in our own, I didn’t was told about medicines or anything’s 2) they didn’t clean the room whenever they said so, we have to remind them to clean the room. one towel was dirty 3) there was not fruit or juices at the breakfast 4) on Sunday the person that was going to cook the breakfast was on time, so we didn’t have breakfast because of that

Excellent location (quiet, safe and close to restaurant, bars and attractions), spacious room and very friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress we got the first night was of bad quality and overly used! We complained and since the hotel was empty, the manager was able to exchange that mattress for another which was less used. The breakfast was very tasty but some fruit would be a nice addition. Toilet paper „art“ piece is tacky and could be removed / replaced.

The property is very nice, small and close to downtown(10 min walk). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely good. There is no AC but there is a nice fan. the internet was fast and reliable. if you need a taxi to the airport, ask the person in charge of the property as they can provide the service of is available.

We wish it would’ve had chairs on the top terrace. also in the room there is no chairs to lounge, I felt exhausted after everyday and I wanted to sit to read or something without to use the bed. Also a TV would’ve been nice as we were there almost a week and sometimes I wanted to watch something without using an ipad.

Loved staying here. Our room was so spacious and straight onto a large terrace rooftop with lots of sun. The location was perfect close to all of the best restaurants, bars & cafes in Oaxaca. The staff was also super nice and helpful when we needed it and the free breakfast included made it an amazing value for money.

Could do with a little extra care & maintenance.

decor was nice and felt like a boutique. we got a super good deal on booking.com quite last minute.

there wasn’t much atmosphere and the reception staff were never there, so it felt more like staying in a self contained apartment rather than a hotel.

Really large room with private balcony and good sized ensuite. The manager was very flexible with our check in and out times and helped with luggage storage

Noise carries quite a lot throughout the hotel due to it being built of concrete.

the location was great! also really nice terrace/rooftop. rooms were spacious and we liked the design.

the bathroom was quite small and it nad a bit of a funny smell- probably lack of a window/ventilation (the ventilation thingy was quite dirty as well)

great location, stylish room, friendly staff!

wifi was quite poor, virtually no natural light in the room and bathroom being outside was a bit annoying.

esthetic- very modern grey cement- windows & view & nice bed.

shower leaked- toilet in same cubicle- slippery-no hangers- there is a big outdoor deck but no table or umbrella! also needs a small refrigerator -
