Good location, room is a nice size, bed was huge! Free water available which was really good. Close to some very nice eateries. Had issues with a shuttle not appearing on time and the staff were lovely enough to ring the company for us.

Private terrace isn’t that private, had this opening portal that looks out to the foyer balcony so everyone on your floor level can see in. Only one chair provided. Didn’t end up using. Shame that mini fridges aren’t a standard unless you want to pay significantly more per night. Would stay again though.

Location is the best. Charming neighborhood with coffee shops, parks and the popular Jalatlaco street art nearby. The Zocolo is a less than 10 min walk. Love the atrium around which all the rooms were. Staff was always helpful and friendly. We arrived early and left late and they held our luggage both times so we weren’t burdened with our bags. I especially appreciated the filtered water dispensers available to refill your water bottle. The shower was hot and had good water pressure which was wonderful since we came from a place where the water dribbled out of the shower head. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely return.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The rooms were pretty basic for the price. There is no elevator which was not an issue for us but if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues, this could be a concern.

The hotel was well located, the rooms were well equipped (even with an iron and an ironing board). The hotel takes some environmental efforts like providing water from a dispenser instead of individual bottles, which we appreciated. Breakfast at the restaurant is good and well priced. But to be honest, with so many nice restaurants in Oaxaca we enjoyed testing different places every day.

The hotel does not provide laundry service, which we needed. Our room 212 was at the corner of the building and the walls were not straight, so the beds blocked the way into the bathroom... And some of the rooms in the upper floors have no view, but they could at least paint a mural so one has something nice to look at and not just an empty wall.

This is a very well managed hotel, with really good amenities and lovely decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is also located in a great spot; easy walk to the city centre, but in a quieter area near Jalatlaco.

We didn’t expect to eat at the associated restaurant so were fine to get our meals out - however, the one breakfast we did have there was adequate but nowhere near the quality of the cafes across the road and around the corner.

Great location, it's about 5 minutes walking to the cathedral. Stuff was nice and helpful, they replied to me on WhatsApp almost immediately even late at night. There are water dispensers on each floor, with hot and cold water. The room was cleaned and the towels changed daily. The shower had good water pressure. We also appreciated the iron in the room.

Wifi was not good, no elevator, no fridge, but it was ok for the three days we stayed. We noticed some ants in the room, but they didn't really bother us.

Lovely hotel with a typical Oaxacan character in the centre of the city (walking distance from main attractions). Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms (ours was on the ground floor, so had a little back garden as well). Very quiet, and we had a good night sleep. They have a little restaurant, so breakfast and other meals, if needed, were easy.

They have a free parking, but it isn't on site, so that's a tiny bit of inconvenience having to unload your luggage first, drive to the parking spot and leave the car there, in order to pick it up and go back to the hotel for luggage when leaving.

The room was cozy w/ nice decoration and a cute private terrace. There is also a large inner courtyard that is a nice place to sit, relax, drink and work. The bed was comfy and I liked the mirror/ desk. It was only about 10 mins walk to the main central areas and there are many restaurants/ cafes/ bars nearby.

There was a master switch and when you turn off the lights, it turns off the TV as well. The floor was dirty and so when I walked around barefoot, my feet were covered w/ dust/ dirt.

they provide drinking water on all floors to reduce plastic bottles- just refill your bottle!! the room was very bright and spacious. as two friends we loved that the sink and mirror was outside the bathroom which made getting ready very easy. the patio downstairs is lovely and offers bird noises. the location was fantastic to stroll around and discover cafes and restaurants whilst moving to all important spots in the city

the internet was a nightmare on the 3rd floor. I think due to the architecture noise travels (I had ear plugs, so didn’t mind)

Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, excellent location, just out of the busy district but close enough to main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating and attended to all of our requests very promptly, particularly Jasmine- thank you. The hotel itself is beautiful and the courtyard relaxing. I ate breakfast at the hotel a couple of times which was generous, affordable and delicious!

The main downside was there was a crack/leak in one of the bathroom pipes which meant there was an awful smell in our room. We notified the hotel and they did their best to clean it very promptly which helped a little, but I think it needed to be repaired. This was a bit of a letdown but I think the hotel did their best to manage this problem during our stay.

Comfortable and large room. Hot shower. Towels and room attended by cleaning staff unless you hang the sign on the door. Location is central - a few blocks from central plaza or anything else. Wifi reached into room if in line of site of door (strange). Personal patio on 1st floor was attractive.

Nothing was bad. I do think the staff guy who checked me in at night could have given me a map of the downtown with a few suggestions for eating and opening hours of a few attractions that tourists often do. I got a map a day or two later in the daytime but ideally there would be more at check-in than just the quick "here is your key and your room is that way" thing after payment. Again, not bad but could be a little better for first time visitors if they did this. Vendor inside hotel atrium was a little inappropriate I thought. I don't want to buy that stuff and I don't want to be flagged down to look at it for special prices.
