Excellent location. Central and everything around is happening! Entire area very well lit, cops on every street corner …. Felt totally safe walking around at 2am in the morning! Right next to a great restaurant… among many restaurants in the walkable area.

No breakfast. No pool. No staff on property. Clean sheets, but nasty stained comforter. We just had to throw away the comforter to one corner of the room. Unless you ask for it, room won’t be cleaned, sheets won’t be replaced, towels won’t be changed.

Great location, bar and restaurant next door. Good security and great accomodations. Room is very nicely laid out and great furniture. Hot water with great pressure in the shower.

Loud noises from a local bar however they went quiet around midnight. No reception so had to wait for the manager to arrive with the key to check me in. Maybe it should be noted on the description to avoid confusion.

Location, price. And room.

I did stayed there few months ago, there were more kitchen items. Now less (maybe guests steal or break). At this time I booked room for 3 and we had only 1 small and one big towel. Of course when we request, we got 1 more big towel. Room really nice 🙂

The Room is Exactly the same like in the pictures.

It's got a good location, next to both, the city centre and mamitas beach.

Brand new apartment, very clean new appliances, even coffee/sugar provided

The location was great, the water was hot and the a/c was cold. The room was pretty clean but had a moldy smell. They should maybe paint the wall where the water drips from the a/c

The linens/towels were rough and the wifi was a real pain which made my stay kinda sad. I couldn't watch the TV or even use my phone at nights when we came in

Equipment, location were good, good water pressure in the shower, a lot of space.

Unfortunately we were robbed here, the owners weren't very helpful. but they did change window locks on the next day. Easy to break into the apartment through the windows. The cameras didn't work. The entry door had an electronic lock which worked only occasionally, but we told that to the owners and they changed the battery on the next day so we didn't have any problems afterwards. No cleaning while we were staying in the apartment, but it wasn't an issue for us. The communication with the owners could be generally better. They don't speak English, there is no reception, nobody answered on our SMS and calls when we arrived. Only when we went to a restaurant for the WiFi , we saw a message from the owners on WhatsApp from the phone number, which they didn't even give to us, so then we told them we arrived and they came to give us the keys. It can be noisy at night due to the very thin walls and close distance to the street.

The room was like the pictures, clean and comfortable. Everything within a 15/20min walk - Walmart, Beach, 5th Avenue, Restaurants etc. Cleaning lady is lovely

** YOU WILL PAY MORE THAN YOUVE BEEN QUOTED **. YOU WONT PAY IN U.S.D, THEY WILL CONVERT TO PASOS JUST AS YOU'RE PAYING WITHOUT BEING TOLD AND YOU PAY CARD CHARGES. Neither Hotel or Booking.com were interested in sorting this out ... Contact was not very contactable ... WiFi was hit n miss and someone could control our TV! ... The hotel hadn't paid their bill, so the electric company came out and cut off the electricity to the whole place, right in the middle of cooking, obviously! Was a few hours before this was resolved. Language issues on both sides made this even more horrible, as didn't know what was happening at first ... the black cover smelt disgusting and doesn't get washed much, but was another blanket until was washed.
