The management is helpful, accommodating and pleasant. They also speak English. There is water and coffee available. A nice pool area under a tree. Access to beach chaise Lingua at beachfront hotel included; a real bonus. Muchos gracias.

Most everything was great, the staff were friendly, the place is immaculate, and it's a good local area.. so, step out to your right, head up to 30th and you'll find some of the best food in Playa. The bed was insanely comfortable, the balcony offered a bit of sunrise, and some nice warmth in the afternoon. Netflix in each room was a nice added bonus! The staff I met (most correspondence is done via whatsapp) were SO nice! All in all, it was an excellent stay to be out of most of the noise, and close enough to walk easily to beach/restaurants, etc.

Drilling and construction noise from renovations in the hotel underneath my room. It would have been nice to have a warning that that was happening, but I had earplugs, so they cancelled a bit out. I thought it wouldn't happen on a Sunday at 8am, but was in for a rude awakening. Just don't expect silence!!

The room was modern and clean with comfortable beds. There was complimentary coffee and tea which was great and staff were pleasant. The communal area was well taken care of. The location was good. 10 mins by car from 5th avenue.

The double room was small for 2 people with luggage and we had to maneuver around, cause there was not enough space. There was no space in the room to hang and dry wet towels and swimming suits, that was impractical given that the place has pool and it's located close to the beach. There was a note with the room rules and regulations in the room that stayed you would be fined if your wet clothes were found hanging in the communal areas. So I am wondering what we were supposed to do with the wet clothes. Also the rules sheet said there was daily cleaning in the room, we stayed 3 nights in ours and hadn't been cleaned.

I was given the wrong room entry code. The place has no staff onsite and so getting the door codes right should be a priority but clearly isn’t. It took me 30 mins to get in the room as had to wait for a staff member to come and open the door. Unfortunately she just assumed I was an idiot who couldn’t open a door with a code so just opened the door and went to leave but I asked here to check the code and the number I was given was incorrect. Also, the coffee provided in the morning was dreadful. otherwise a lovely place.

Rodina is a very beautiful little hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. The bed is a bit on the smaller size, just good for my partner (1.85m tall). The staff is very friendly and we really appreciated Fanny's advice. Also the Nespresso in the room is a lovely treat!

Taking 1 point down due to location, 10/15 minutes walk to the centre is not a lot, but the walk feels longer due to heat and bad conditions of the road.

The rooms were clean. A/c worked good. Easy facility entry. No reception but you get a message from Hotel with instructions on how to enter the facility and a code for your room. There are restaurants/food near

There is no parking on site, you park on the street but that’s not an issue. We never had a problem finding a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

The pool, the comfy bed, free coffee and tea and smart tv were all nice. The safe box was a nice touch as well

Not the hotel's fault but the neighborhood dogs will keep you up all night. The hotel provides ear plugs but you can still hear I still enjoyed my stay. It is also about 30 mins walk to the ADO bus station and ferry terminal. Keep that in mind.

Literally amazing experience, the hosts are the most warmest couple (brother and sister) we met in the coast. The hostel is well designed with attention to every small detail. We eventually change to the room with the pool view which is a bit smaller but shadowed an entire day by the beautiful tree in the yard.

Nothing felt like home

Very clean with comfortable bed, bedding, and A/C. Decent enough amenities. Street parking in front is very accessible and convenient. Highly responsive on messaging through Booking with problems.

The room size was a bit small and borderline cramp rather than comfy. Careful with the low overhead staircase heading up.

I loved the air-conditioner - It cools the room down a lot and quickly. Also, the bed and comforter was comfortable and thick / nice. In addition, the room was clean and nice. check-in was effective and free street-side parking was very much available easily.
