Serenity Hotel Boutique

The location of Serenity boutique hotel is close to all shopping, restaurants, beach and spa options. The room was very comfortable and modern, the king size bed is amazing! The staff are very helpful and make the stay very relaxing. Amazing value for money, would definitely stay again.

We really liked the location of the hotel,it was perfect for relaxing even it’s close to 5th avenue. The roof top pool is amazing,and the room was too! The staff was really friendly,except for the guys who served the breakfast!! They were terrible!!

The breakfast was really tasty,but we had to wait very long every single morning. The waiter guys were extremly slow,and they don’t really know what service means!! Last two days we chose to have breakfast some place else,because of the service!!

breakfast isnt amazing i would suggest the hotel creates a buffet with an extra chanrge but it was a bonus anyway as we didnt add it to our booking

The rooms and the location was perfect

I was expecting a buffet breakfast, the waiter there was very slow and took the American guests first because he expected more tips from them. WE sat there for 40 minutes without being served. And the American guests, who came later, were already served breakfast. We still drank our coffee. and the last 2 days we went to another breakfast place.

We really liked our stay in this hotel. People, which work there are amazing, very friendly and human. They are trying to help with anything you might need. The hotel room was cleaned every day. WiFi in the rooms stopped to work properly when we were here, but they let us use their rooftop business room, which was fine.

The rooms were very nice and spacious loved the balcony as well unique rooms . The lady at the front desk gave me a day pass to the beach club for my birthday thought that’s was a great little touch . I enjoyed my stay very much didn’t want to leave , it was like a mini apartment to me

I was told a price for my birthday balloons and banner and strawberries I feel like the strawberries were worth the money but they told me a price but charged me more . The balloons were small and wasn’t worth it . My friends did a better job at decorating my room for me

The rooftop-pool is awesome! especially for lap-swimmers like me. I came back for it! The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen has pots so that you can make a soup or noodles and a salad. Horacio in at the restaurant is a special waiter - you will enjoy his friendly service. The location is close to great restaurants and shops and beach in walking distance. Everything is clean. The windows shut out the noise from the street.

I'd like to see faces of the people I do business with, which is not possible because they are wearing face masks all the time. This really makes me uncomfortable and not fully save.

Beautiful hotel, each room was like a suite with its own kitchen and huuuuge super comfy bed. Great location just off 5th but very quiet at night. Rooftop pool lovely with comfy loungers and cabanas, staff in reception and at breakfast couldn’t do enough for you and even taught us some Spanish!

Breakfast options were limited so if you didn’t like eggs you’re stuck with a small plate of fruit which was the same every day, and toast. Also a real shame that there was no shade at all by the pool- this meant we went elsewhere most days, it wouldn’t take much to add some parasols. Also music at the pool was the same few bad songs, very loud on repeat and there was no bar service anywhere so we had to get drinks across the road at El Pirata (which is really good btw)

The room was nice and cozy. Quiet neighbors. The front desk was very helpful and nice. Even the waiters in the restaurant were attentive. The baggage guy was also helpful. Room service was great as well.

This is not the hotels fault but the car wash across the street is noisy. They wash cars in any weather. We were on the third floor so we could kinda hear the hustle and bustle on the street, it didn’t matter to us but maybe to some folks. The free breakfast included eggs, coffee or orange juice, fruit and toast. It needed substance like waffles/pancakes or bacon
