Very good location away from the craziness but still close to the beach and everything I needed. The Appartment was very big with comfortable bed.

The breakfast was a total joke. Too basic for the price of the room. The toast come without butter for example, I few small pieces of fruit and cereals with milk. In my opinion some butter, boiled egg and a few more pieces of fruit won’t brake the budget of the hotel. The room and everything was 4 stars and then you get 2 stars breakfast, very disappointing. Another thing is the thin walls, you can basically hear every noise from your neighbours, which can be funny listening to their sex games😂

We loved that the hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle yet near enough for us avid walkers to walk to the beaches and all of Quinta avenue. It was also great that we could book our chairs at the beach front of Martina beach club through the hotel and were provided with towels as well. The staff was super helpful with finding us a doctor for my husbands minor injury and organising a taxi back to the ADO station for us. We had a late flight out of Cancun and they not only stored our luggage for us but also allowed us to enjoy the rooftop until we were picked up. A big "Thank you" to the staff for all your help and support!

If you enjoy /are used to having toast with jam and cereal for breakfast, you're definitely fine - it just wasn't for us.

We had perfect stay at the hotel during more than 2 weeks. Hotel has good location- calm area, 10-15 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from food store, several good restaurants near. Room was big, nice kitchen, fridge, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix:) Very helpful and friendly stuff- if you need something, just ask, they will help you with all their possibilities, we really were feeling ourselves like at home!

The hotel room was spacious and it had a separate bedroom. Although it says that it is a studio, it is a one bedroom. There was a continental breakfast included which was nice, although it was the same (melba type toast, sugar frosted flakes, coffee, milk, juice and watermelon). It is near Calle 38 and it is 4 or 5 blocks from the beach. Quiet and the room service on a daily basis is quite a treat. The staff was very accomodating, allowing us to check our luggage before check-in and the same after check out. We had permission to use the poo area prior to check-in and after check-out which was really appreciated.

More variety in the breakfast would be appreciated, especially if you have a longer stay. The pool is quite small but there is a nice deck on the roof where you can sit to read.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for the shower and it may have been the only hotel we have stayed in on our trip in Mexico that had a fan/vent in the bathroom! Two nice smart TVs and two a/c units. Nice room and much bigger than expected.

It wasn't their fault but there are very loud and aggressive dogs that bark across the street sometimes for hours and wouldn't stop until after midnight. Weird noises in the ceiling. Strange thing to say, but true. Towels should be replaced.

Good location. 10 minutes walk away from Quinta Avenue which is the main street for tourists. And there are 2 supermarkets nearby. ADO tourist terminal is 5 minutes by taxi. All staffs were very nice. Especially the lady at reception was very helpful and kind when we were looking for a laundry shop. The wifi connection was strong and fast. They have routers on every floor so I could keep connecting even on the rooftop. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were quite clean and well prepared. The bed was large and I slept so well. Breakfast is simple and same menus every day lol but it was okay to us. Thank you for their services!

the location is perfect. close to all the action but not too close that you have to worry about noise. there is a soccer field next door but games end relatively early.

certain things are kind of old fashioned. they give you a regular room key that’s is attached to their big wooden block. just make it all key card entry.

the big spacious room felt like an appartment which I really liked a lot - they have a cool rooftop terrace with a swimming pool - very attentive and helpful staff - very close to the pedestrian zone and still far enough away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet zone - good burrito place just around the corner (Resaka's Park), also I liked the Tacos in nearby "Mr. Gallo Tacos & Pizza"

breakfast was minimal, other than that nothing to complain about

The apartment was very big bed very comfortable,.it was great having a TV in each room. Staff have been super kind and friendly. Loved the daily cleaning. All in all I have had a very pleasant stay

The kitchen was poorly equipped, we had to boil water in a 7 or 10 litre pot to make tea. The coffee machine didn't have the filter and we didn't buy one so couldn't use it.
