El Beso Adults Only at Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive

We book this hotel for our honeymoon, it was better than expected, the hotel facilities are beautiful. The food in the buffet was spectacular. The staff attention was perfect, we had a good welcoming with Peter the concierge which recommended us all the restaurants in the hotel! Thank you Peter for your help!

We had problems with booking the restaurants, you should book everyday for the night meal, even if we tried really early there were no spaces. We missed two of the good ones because we never find available spots. Also, all the available slots were too early (6:30pm). While it is stated it is “adults only”, only the part of this building is adults only, other families with kids will stay in a different building and all common spaces are shared (except for the pool and building).

This was my second time traveling solo to this resort. It’s perfect because it is not too small and not too big and it is very safe. The location is perfect for any tour busses to collect you. The beach is great, the staff, the food all really good.

I was here two years ago, and I think the restaurant menus are still the same. The only recommendation I would have is to change the menus now and then.

DON’T READ THE BAD REVIEW ! This resort was great . The staff went out their way to help me out since I can barely walk . Specially Carlos at the Vela restaurant and Samuel the waiter at the beach next to the vela restaurant . The food was good . The room was very beautiful clean and in great condition . Looked like new . Don’t believe the bad review you will enjoy this place . I like the food at the Vela the steak and the buffet . If you want a good pool go to the one at a Beso . No kids no noise .

That I have to go home :( I hardly had mobility in my leg now so I would love to explore this place more . The guys who drive the little train when out their way to take me to places . Those guys are great !!! But due to my lack of mobility I missed the cenote

I like that they had a adult side although it was families with kids it was separate.

I didn’t like that you had to make reservations when it says online reservation are not needed. I couldn’t eat at one of the restaurants for my birthday brocade there was no tables available.

I liked the restaurants esp the Japanese and all the lovely food and lovely staff such as Yasmin, Nely, Mauro, Ramon, Edwardo??, .Rafa, Rada and Diane and more besides. Entertainment too. Loved the sushi lesson but missed the dancing and relaxation. Dinner by the sea at night everyone should experience. So fab.

Hooks are needed on toilet doors by pools or at the sea restaurant for one piece wearers please. Activities were not always on as per the program. Entertainment after 1130 is poor. The disco was for teens. Plus prices for the spa were a bit over the top.

The breakfast service, location and staff excellent, 10 out 10, a variety of food and drinks, every meals from the menu exceeded my expectation, the hot table where prepared the omelet pretty awesome, you can choose between different sausages, vegetables and spices. the juices station one of my favorite. But I would like to have a comment apart to the steakhouse restaurant and their staff, specifically to the server Diego and Carolina, we recieved a great, great services from those guys, they did an incredible job, good for then.

The food was good. The entertainment was good.

Service - I called from my room and could not reach the front desk nor guest services. The operator did not even pick up. I went down to guest services and no one was there. The uncharge on the premium alcohol was not good either.

Dress code was not enforced Romantic restaurant guests got in wearing futbol shirts, shorts and flip flops The concrete falling apart around adult pool hurts your feet when walking

Bowling was fun something different from other resorts Room is large which was nice and comfy

The layout puf the resort is very nice. there are plenty of activities for everyone. The pool for kids is extremely nice. special shout-out for Blue Moon Restaurants which was excellent. The ice cream and coffee shops where amazing. The property had hookah service which was a nice surprise. The free wifi was also pretty good. The array of entertainment throughout the day and night was nice. The property took COVID protocols pretty serious which made us feel more comfortable.

The resort is not a TRUE adults only resort, a small section and a pool are reserved only for adults. The snack bars by the pools were never opened during our stay which was extremely inconvenient. There is a lot of wild life throughout the property. Rooms were pretty humid which made the stay a little uncomfortable. The worst check-in process we have experienced so far. it took close to an hour to get us through. They offer a PCR and Antigen Tests, keep in mind you don’t need a PCR to get back into the states and the test is $90 per person over there.
