Nice quiet location, lovely staff, beautiful view, comfortable bed.

They advertise shuttle from the airport. However, they don't really run a shuttle. They will send a link to you with lists of shuttles you can call. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time since I listed when I signed up that I would need a shuttle. As it was, they didn't send me the link until the day of travel and by then it was too late. I ended up paying an exorbitant amount to a taxi from the airport. So, make sure you arrange your transport from the airport to Playa Del Carmen well ahead of time. That is the only way you can get discounts on transportation.

Carla, Sergio, and the housekeeping staff were all fantastic. They made us feel very welcome. Carla gave us a ton of great recommendations to explore around the area. The rooms are super clean. The parking is secure. I felt safe and was able to get great rest. The views from the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. You can see so many trees, tropical birds, the sea, and even the Cozumel Lights at night. I love this place and hope to return. I wish I could live there! It was perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many eateries and shops. I enjoyed that it was on a quieter, street with minimal traffic. The rooftop pool was also a great feature. We enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets from our room and also the rooftop/communal area. They even have bicycles available to rent.

Everything was wonderful. We stayed a total of 6 days and I've zero complaints whatsoever. I'll be returning as soon as I get a chance.

The hosts and staff were fantastic. We arrived early and asked to store our bags. They were happy to do it and when we returned, they had delivered them to our room. The stairs are wide, compared to other hotels and the elevator was a welcome feature. The room was very clean. We had a beautiful view of the ocean over a lovely garden space. The rooftop lounge area has a nice sized cooling pool and the view was lovely. We enjoyed lazing about during the day and seeing beautiful sunsets.The included continental breakfast was very good. Granola, yogurt and honey, juice, fresh fruit, coffee and toast. They also offer various cooked breakfasts at a small cost. It's a short, pleasant walk to the beach. There are several local restaurants & small corner stores nearby. It was away from the noise of the 5th Avenue tourist area and about a 30 minute walk to that area, so we got plenty of steps in! The pedestrian walkway is wide and well-lit. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return.

One of the best places we stayed while in Mexiko. We felt so comfortable and welcomed here, even came back a second time. Extremly clean and quiet. Beautiful rooftop and amazing fruit for breakfast ( along toast and cream/ yoghurt) It’s a bit outside of the main center with lots of restaurants and bars. It’s quiet and 3 blocks from a beautiful beach that isn’t crowded. During the day we walked to the center, at night we took a taxi, as there is not much around or open in this area. Stuff was very friendly, always helpful, thank you for this great time!

Beautiful room, the sight of the sea was breathtaking, on the 5th floor is a pool and a small gym. The breakfast is small but enough. If you looking a room for staying longer, you find the right hotel. They have 5 parking lots inside, but on the street is also an option to park (we have had always a place inside the hotel). The wifi funktions in the room, but when you go outside, by the lift and stairs area is hard to connect. Everybody is friendly, they don't speak english, but with the Google Translator we solved everything. Update: Our best stay in Mexico, thank you for the experience!

The breakfast could be a little bit more (for example more type of marmalade). But it is not negative meant. I can't say any negative experience about it.

The location is perfect if you want to be connected to the best beach spots & 5th avenue 'the city night life'. Few minutes away from morning beach walks or yoga or rent a bike from the hotel to explore

As usual in Mexico, everywhere there will be something about tipping: a huge envelope that keeps me moving to try to force you to tip, eveen i don't want to ckean ny room there's no 'do not disturb' sign so you're forced gi gi through this everyday! The checkin was promised ti be early as confirmed to my request, didn't happen at all. The breakfast is below average, very basic

We thought this was a quaint little hotel, the room was great value, a nice clean beachy style, with a wall of floor to ceiling windows. It had a great feel. large balcony which was great, right in front of a forested beach area, so you could hear the birds, which we loved and you could see the ocean in the distance as well. We only had a 1 night stay, but would have been great to stay another few days. Being in front of the pedestrian street (5th ave) was great too!

Not much that we didn’t like about this hotel. I guess access was different, as there were large doors from the street that you get a key for, so it’s like arriving at a home rather than a hotel, probably better for security, not a bad thing. There was limited parking, about 4 secure spots, but we were able to get a spot inside for the night which worked out for us.

The place is just amazing! It's in a really quiet neighborhood, 7-10 minutes walk from the great, big and not crowded beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. You can get free bikes there to wander around the city, which is really nice and convenient. The breakfast was good also. The rooms were well equipped and clean. But the best things we liked about this place is the cute back yard and the rooftop terrace with a beautiful sea view. Would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived, there was nobody in the hotel, so we had to wait for about 15 minutes, but that's ok.

Sweet little hotel that's charming but also comfortable. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was sufficient to get the day going with fresh fruit, cereal, toast and good coffee. The rooms were comfortable and super clean.

Only thing I could 'pick' on is the water pressure and the hot water seem to sporadically disappear, but that's a person preference. With the heat here in Playa del Carmen, many people might definitely prefer cold showers anyway.

For us it was a unique experience,too fabulous for the price of the hotel.the hospitality of each person who work there,the spectacular view.the clean and spacious rooms, the two cats that take care of the people of the hotel charge the space of good energy,with the breakfast try to meet extra requests for customers but it must be understood that it is continental breakfast.totally satisfied and we recommend the site and those who work there with Five stars.we will be back we are sure
