Select Club at Sandos Caracol All Inclusive - Adults Only Area

A la carte food was superb Service in every bar or restaurant or beach was excellent especially in the adults only area Manuel the guest service manager deserves a special mention. I complained at the mosquito problem in the room and how disappointed i was in the buffet restaurant. He arranged a room upgrade and reserved us better restaurants straight away We loved la laguna the breakfast and lunch and dinners were amazing

First room we had was infested with mosquitoes and we had a few cockroaches The buffet food was really poor and the standard rooms need renovation

Nature all around. Birds of paradise, coatis , cenotes . The beach is rocky but that means you can actually snorkel and get to see lots of fish. Service at the bars and restaurants was good. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

The rooms were like 3.5 star hotel in the US. Qe were expecting atleast 4 star hotel. We requested a change of room after the first night coz we couldnt stand the mouldy smell on the ground floor room. Thanfully the staff accommodated our request and found us a nicer room. Another problem is that booking.com lets you choose the type of bed to your room but the resort will say that is not valid!! So make sure at the time check in you ensure the type of bed you get. Also its a loooong time to check in at the lobby. This is a very popular resort so be prepared to stand in line for atleast 40 minutes to get checked in on the weekends. Food is good but nothing mind blowing.

Beautifully kept. The wildlife on the property was a bonus! Adults only pool was very nice. Staff extremely helpful. Did a penthouse room in the jungle area-private and spacious. The covid testing was not as stressful as I anticipated. Was quick and results were within a day. Was stressing had to upload to (southwest) airline site. Was a form to fill out on line and bring the results with you. Concierge helped us and printed out for us-very helpful!!

Beach was very nice but no real access to get into the ocean. Maybe because of the covid, had to make reservations to many restaurants-which was tough sometimes when you don't know your plans for the day all the time.

There’s so much to do. We didn’t get a chance to explore the whole thing. The staff was really friendly. It’s family friendly. The restaurants have good food. It was beautiful. Lazaro ( who carried our luggage the first day) was really friendly. Every time we had a question he was always the one to help us out. It’s very fun at night in front of the theatre. People gather to sing and dance. Very secure area.

The wait at front desk. Your going to be in line at least 30mins. I never once saw the supervisor help when it was busy either. We also reserved a king size bed and we were given 2 standard beds. We had to wait till the next day to be moved, and that was a little bit of a hassle. I went to relax not to be upset. The beds could be a little softer. Also the rooms do not have robes and slippers those are only the Royal Elite suites.

From Food, location to the Amazing staff. Bartenders, waiters n waitress and our room being clean every day. A shout out to Luz at the Royal Élite sales staff for going above and beyond to make us feel so Welcome 😀

Sandos Caracol eco could have an Adult only bar with pool tables. My husband and I wanted to play pool how ever every time we went by there there were always small kids playing

If they could offer transportation to the beach. I specified that I have a health issue restricting my mobility and they didn't accommodate my request for the ground floor. The beach was too far to walk, so I spent the days in the pool.

Food was good

It was not a true adults only resort there were kids everywhere including I. The adults only areas.

property was fantastic. was the perfect spot for our relaxing trip. the food was great, plenty of choices. staff were super friendly and helpful when needing help.

no real dislikes. except the checkout process was a bit extreme. we left our towels in the room for the pool so when leaving we had to go all the way back to get the towel to return in order to fully check out. I get it, don’t want you stealing towels, but it’s just a towel.

We loved the atmosphere (animals were amazing), all inclusive food and drink, gorgeous cenotes, beautiful ocean view, delicious Adult select restaurant/ clubhouse, nightly entertainment, and room with hot tub. The staff was very polite and helpful!

Wifi did not work despite numerous visits to the reception and guest services. Indoor venues lack air conditioning. Purchased "adult select package" and private check in/check out was not available for duration of stay.

The entire resort was BEAUTIFUL! Jungle surrounding was like out of a book. By the pool or chilling at the beach, everything was picturesque!

Bed was Super hard and the internet was terrible, especially when they want you to use QR codes for everything. Entertainment could be switched up a litlle........ food was ok, but nothing to write home about.
