The location was on point! We loved that!!! Also the facilities where amazing!! You have your own private pool

At the moment of the check in you need to call a mexican number something that is dumb bc most of the people are foreigners. Also bc of "contingency" you can't have visitors when everyone at the building doesn't use masks. There is an annoying central AC that makes noises all night long. Also I rented the apartment that fits 6 people but since we were only 2 they only charge me for 2 people and can't have more people!

Our apartment was HUGE and amazing! Living room, kitchen, two sleeping rooms each one with a bathroom and a fantastic roof terrace with private pool. Just incredible. The condo is located just next to Mamita's Beach, next to 5th Ave but outside the noise and the chaos. Perfect location. It also has a private parking. Perfect for a group of friends or family! There is also a common rooftop pool with a bar. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The room was not cleaned up properly, and we found a huge (not kidding) living beatle in one of the sleeping rooms, and a dead one in the other. Common problem in Mexico, but we were supposed to get a room which had been cleaned up. From 5pm to the next morning no reception available (it's located in another hotel), only the staff at the entrance is there but only for surveillance. I was asked for a copy of our travel documents and credit card (for the deposit) in advance, in order to speed up the check in process. I sent a copy of the documents, but not of the credit card, since I was not OK in giving these details per message. Staff accepted.

it’s location is fantastic. sea views, close to 5th, easy access to public beach. the pool and pool bar were great. the apartment itself was very comfortable even if the sofa was a bit damaged. daily service and bottled water were a plus.

slightly shabby sofa. we arrived early and were allowed to use the pool which was great, but room couldn’t be accessed early at all which was slightly disappointing.

This is a big hotel with great location right next to the beach and a couple blocks away from noisy 5th avenue, far enough to sleep at night. I didn’t have a chance to explore the pools, frankly I couldn’t find an entrance from my room location but looked nice. The room is well decorated in Asian flare and clean, AC worked well. Hot water and pressure just what you need.

I didn’t like wearing the hotel’s plastic bracelet like I was at some party. Their rules indicate if you lose it, you have to pay $25.

Location was outstanding, property was incredible. Of note, the neighborhood can be loud with music playing from all around. Inside of the property, you could barely hear anything, it was lovely.

The rooftop terrace and private pool were not very private. If your neighbors are on their roof, you are looking directly at them with no visual barriers. Some additional barriers/vegetation in between units would add a lot of ambiance to the space.

This condo blew my mind. We did the penthouse for four people but could easily fit 6-8 people sharing beds if we wanted to. Ample room, incredibly comfortable and best of all a large fully equip private rooftop pool, breakfast table, serving bar, couches and loungers. We got to feel like luxury for a fraction of the cost and location was great by 2B, right outside the beach and a quick walk to the center with beach clubs, clubs and restaurants. Felt very safe in this condo complex and was very quiet at night.

Only confusing thing was the ordering of the room numbers!

The apartment was great! very comfortable, the details, lights, bathroom area and even terrace. Very easy and smooth check in and out, friendly and helpful staff… wish we would have stayed here longer.

the door lock is not working properly so it makes it feel unsafe.

The hotel is very well located next to the beach and the main shopping and dining streets. The pool was nice with a great swim up bar and I had nice views of the beach. Staff was nice and helpful. Thanks.

It can be noisy because of the beach club however anything in this area is noisy because of one bar or the other. The staff was a bit more strict on things that other hotels would not have been but it was still not a big issue.

Location was perfect, next to many restaurants, bars and shops. Beach was steps away and the views were amazing. The room exceeded our expectations, it was clean and just as seen in the pictures, the pool area was also great. Our room was cleaned daily which was a plus! Overall a great stay, definitely recommend it!

Wifi password changed with no notification but we were handed the new password quickly by the front desk once we asked about it. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.

It’s extremely clean, the room was humongous. I loved the upstairs private pool the whole place was fantastic.
