Chassé Hotel Residency - Newly opened

I liked having a kitchen to cook food. The rooms was spacious and the beds were big. The bathroom mirror had a cool light.

A bit more kitchen basics. Salt, pepper, a sponge to clean, the rush was alright but didn't do the job. A place to dry dishes.

The room was large (with kitchen) and comfortable, very clean. There were bathrobes in the room which was nice. We were given a welcome breakfast package upon check-in. Very friendly staff. The hotel is not far from the city center and main attractions. Shops and delicious cafes within walking distance. There is a bicycle rental at the hotel.

When checking in, we were asked to indicate all the minuses that we find, even the minimal ones. Here they are 1. The pot and pan are not placed on the stove at the same time. Maybe add a smaller pan? There is no lid for the pan. 2. There are no hooks on the walls in the bathroom to hang a robe/clothes. 3. There was an metall stand in the microwave, it is better not to put it there for safety reasons.

It's a small hotel, which seems family-run or maybe the staff just seem so close like they're family. The hotel staff are super welcoming, small team but they're all very dedicated and hospitable. The restaurant is not opened yet, but the staff provided a small bag of snacks and breakfast honey/ jam for us. The room was cozy and clean, we enjoyed it.

We followed google maps for directions, which said walk 12 minutes from the station. It is a pretty convenient walk, but it was a real challenge with our luggages, which we had not accounted for. It's not so much about the property but something to note for those with luggages planning to walk! Just take the bus haha.

The staff as soon as we got there was extremely warm and welcoming. So kind and immediately made us feel at home. They answered all questions in detail and with a smile and showed us to our room. We had the largest room in the hotel and it was beautiful. Beds comfy and cosy. Hotel and rooms are clean and spotless. Very modern and you can see the owner designed it with love. Coffee, water, hot chocolate on reception was perfect.

The sink in the bathroom doesn't let water down due to the stopper, then you have to pull things up and out etc. Better to just get a normal tap with the water release to be pushed down. Price for two nights in Amsterdam is a bit overpriced as access to the center isn't great and restaurant was closed so the room didn't include breakfast.

The staff was amazing! The guy from Nepal was so lovely and friendly, made us feel at home and was so kind. As they don't serve breakfast we got a gift bag with some fruit, bread, cake, marmalade and other things to have in the morning without having to go out! The hotel is brand new, red carpets, everything clean and tidy. Rooms are well furnished and ours even had a kitchen complete with all appliances. The toilet is stunning, beautiful shower with good pressure, super hot water and lighted mirrors with the hotel logo. In the wardrobe there were also an iron, bathrobes and an additional pillow. Personally I am a pillows fan and loved them. They're squared and super fluffy. The bed is of excellent quality, very comfortable, had the best sleep and were very happy with our stay.

Nothing, everything was amazing. To note that the position of the hotel is not close to the city center but I prefer to travel a bit longer and have a good night of sleep and a comfortable and quiet room rather than sleeping in the city center with all that noise.

Very quiet property. It was about 30 min away from Amsterdam central by public transport. Away from noise when you get home and want to have a good sleep. 12 min walk from amstel station, which is a huge hub of all the public transport. Multiple bus stops around the site too. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Shower had good water pressure. No microwave but staff gave us a small goodie bag with breakfast food. Also had strong wifi and a good coffee maker in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Could not recommend the property enough. We had a great stay!

Used Towel could have been changed Tea coffee or milk could be topped up every day The city and tourist tax are different which wasn't mentioned when you booked via booking. Com. This could have been made clearer. It is not hotel's fault though.

The hotel is newly open, refurbished from a church and located at a quiet neighbourhood. It was around 10 mins walk from the metro station so still quite convenient. The room is exactly like those in the photos - very spacious and clean. We booked a double room with kitchenette and everything provided. The bed is very comfortable. The highlight is the staff - they are very welcoming and helpful, showing us the way to our room and explaining the story of the hotel/old church. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Amsterdam. The hotel is in a residential area, which insures quiet nights. The staff is really helpful and friendy. Rooms are nicely decorated, with attention to detail. At this time there is no breakfast area, but the staff will provide you with a basic breakfast-bag and there are plenty of breakfast places nearby.

Limited lounge area. No option to have a drink at night (just coffee). Some rooms cannot be accessed by elevator.

Staff exceptionally helpful. Room really clean and shower fantastic. Bed very comfortable, best nights sleep. Quite. Being able to open the door onto an outside space. Table and chairs to sit on.

The view from the 'terrace' was not in keeping with the standard of the hotel. I think some small shrubs or different planting could really have helped.
