Nice rooms, tram stop right in front of hotel, lovely Indonesian restaurant

The housekeeping staff were strange, I had stepped out to attend to a kid in another room and during this time, housekeeping came and started cleaning up the room when my other kid was sleeping in the room!!

Nice, modern hotel. Very spacious and comfortable room. the breakfast buffet was excellent.

It’s a 30 minute walk to most attractions which is further out of the centre than we wanted. the hotel restaurant is very expensive and there are very few restaurants close by.

housekeeping not clean the room well which happened every day , the chef made eggs with ham to us and our order was not, there is no concierge in the hotel as the reception staff have no knowledge about the attractions and they just search and read front of us!

Hotel was decent, location not the most central but the tram was only a couple of minutes walk away. Staff were nice and helpful. Room service was satisfactory.

Nothing really, although the cleaning could have been better. 5 star should be 5 star. It was clean and acceptable but compared to 5 star hotels in Dubai it wasn't up to par. Changing the bed linen every 3 days is not what is expected from a 5 star hotel. Towels should be changed daily, not in order to save the environment. I put all towels on the floor everyday to ensure they were changed daily. Overall a good hotel, however, European standards are not close to global standards. Especially for a 5 star Hyatt. Learn from the best please. Towels and linen changed everyday please.

- Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. - Wonderful hotel in quiet neighbourhood, with great wellness and sports facilities. - The lobby is so stunning with lots of greens, i sometimes just sat there for some time and enjoyed the atmosphere. - The room was clean, spacious, stylish and the bathroom was in particular nice and well equipped. - The room had a calming atmosphere with artwork and a comfy bed with a variety of pillows, making for a great sleep and leaving you feeling relaxed and recharged after a long day of either work or exploring the city. - You will find an Albert Heijn just opposite the hotel, in case you need some groceries or snacks. - The city center with lots of restaurants and cafes is in walking distance.

Everything was very good.

The waiting at the elevators. Only two elevators out of three were operational. One time I spent 10 minutes to get in the elevator as all the cabins that were stopping at my floor were full.

Our suite was spacious, clean, had comfortable bed and had all the facilities needed for a short break. We had access to the executive lounge. Complimentary fruit, chocolates and wine in room. Breakfast was good with lots on offer and the bar and pool table were great.

Tables are very close together at breakfast very little privacy, we weren't offered a menu, coffee was only offered once when being shown to the table. Executive lounge could be advertised better, in room details states open for coffee and soft drinks and snacks.Doesn't say its opens for breakfast and that alcohol is available in the evening. No mini bar, the fridge that was in the room was actually locked. A mini bar should be standard on an upgraded suite.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the included breakfast and the comfortable bed! Overall, I had a really great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I noticed that a few amenities were missing in my room, such as a corkscrew and other accessories. While this was a minor inconvenience, I wanted to mention it in my review not to nitpick, but rather to help the hotel improve their guests' experiences. Despite this small issue, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I would very much recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - away from the crowded touristy centre, and in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved the airy, modern decor and the fact that the room was very quiet even though it faced the main road. The black- out blind ensured a good night's sleep, as did the very comfortable mattress. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful and efficient. Another little detail that I really appreciated as it is so lacking in many hotels was the good reading light by the bed. We were also very pleased to see that the hotel does not use plastic disposable bottles for water or cosmetics.
