Hotel Casa Amsterdam

Overall good hotel, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Only 2 elevators for dozens of floors, made the journey to GF almost mission impossible (one day one of the elevators was broken...). It's not too close to metro, so you have to walk a bit to get there. No kettle in the room and no bottles for fresh water (you can borrow them for extra € at the front desk..). Last but not least, showers have a major flaw, so water flows freely out of the shower and floods the whole bathroom.

Great hotel, location is easy enough to get to Amsterdam Central. About 5 stops on the metro train.

There could have been more of a selection at breakfast with hot food. Only had bacon, tomato and scrambled eggs.

literally everything! The room was modern and incredibly comfortable, as well as spacious. The location was easy and convenient with public transport as well. staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was delightful!

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. Location, interior, the staff everything was on point. You have everything you need in the hotel or on walking distance from it. Definitely we will visit again!

We loved the whole stay from check-in to check-out. The hotel is nice and clean, room was wonderful and all our prefrences about the room was delivered. BIG shout out to the personal for the 5star service.

Everything you could possibly need is in and around the hotel. Cafe, bar and food. Walking distance to Amstelstation and the Hotel has tickets for the metro as well. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be returning.

Abit more ventilation in the rooms.

Lovely room & bathroom, some thoughtful freebies, big common area on the ground floor where people could hang out or work. Nice coffee machine with coffee pods and tea bags in the room.

The drainage in the shower could be slightly improved.

One of the best stays we’ve had abroad. The hotel is very modern and beautiful in design from the lobby to the rooftop bar, to the interior of the room. We especially liked the rooftop bar with reasonably priced drinks, lots of comfortable seats, and a view of the canal. The location is a bit outside of the city center, but it wasn’t a big deal as we rented bikes and got the authentic Amsterdam experience. There were also 2 supermarkets nearby, approximately 3-4 blocks away, while metro station is about 5-6 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Amsterdam.

Would love to have access to a microwave oven to heat up leftovers. It would be perfect if there’s a sauna to help warm up our muscles after biking in the rain.

We loved practically everything! Our stay was fantastic and the amazingly welcoming and super nice staff made it even better by arranging a little surprise in our room. The food was excellent as was the wide choice of craft beers and fries and the breathtaking view from the rooftop bar. The room itself was perfect - cozy, super comfortable, nice and clean. We would like to thank all the amazing staff of Hotel Casa Amsterdam for making our stay such a nice experience, especially to Toni at check in and Alicja at check out, who were super welcoming and friendly!
