Quentin Arrive Hotel

Staff..extraordinary helpful to to make my stay comfortable and smooth,Ali,Nana and all the other staff in the reception..they did their best.they deserve special thanks and 5 stars. Location ...one of the best location in Amestrdam in terms of easy acess to public transportation and the heart of Amsterdam by walking.the neigbourhood feels so secured as well.

Overall the facility is very clean and cared but the entertance hall to the reception desk gives bad impression at first.it can be improved. My room didnt have plug very next to the bed ,ı had to leave my phone away from the bed for charging and stand up to check it several times.

The rooms were nice and cosy, the location was smack-bang in the middle of the centre so everything such as sights was within a 10-15 minute walk away, the choices for foot and coffee shops within a minutes walk were plentiful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind the stairs are rather steep so after a boat load of smoke and a couple of magic truffles they feel like a mountain LOL. Also the entrance is a little hard to find as it is on the corner from the main street.

The only fault we really had was our bedroom window vent was missing so instead there was just a hole in the window, which did let a little excess noise in. We only used the hotel for sleep if anything and the weather wasn't really cold so it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything, Seraph at fromt desk was very helpful with tips of city and recommended rent bikes to sightsee which was wonderful for our 2 day stay. Bedroom is super clean, shared bathrooms and showers too, alway have toiletries and had no issues with my son. Great budget rooms to just explore city go thete to shower & sleep. Rooms are cool in evenings even in no ac. Have fans.

Beds are not very comfy. Need new mattresses.

Very good for the price as it was on of the cheapest when booking. Room was clean and not hot unlike other places i've stayed in Amsterdam. Great location Beds were very comfortable Restaurant attached to hotel was very nice.

Stairs were steep but its Amsterdam and to be expected The windows are abit old and look in bad condition. Its a cheap hotel in a great location. Honestly can't fault it.

Although there is no lift, the hotel staff had good service and helped me carry my suitcase to my room, which I appreciated. The location is good, walking distance to the central train station and attractions. Hotels in Amsterdam is generally expensive and it was ok to get a hotel with a single room at this price.

Please note that this hotel does not have a lift and the stairs are narrow, suitable for backpackers, so please consider carefully if you have large suitcases.

The location of the hotel is great. You have everything near you and you can access all famous spots of Amsterdam within walking distance. We didn’t use the metro at all. The room was spacious and we had clean towels everyday which was great.

The room was decent value for money. it was a nice touch that every time you left or came back in the staff always made an effort to talk to you. also there is a cat that is the cutest little thing ever! 😊

the room was in the basement so it would’ve been better to get a room up stairs but to be fair it was a 3 person room so I don’t know if they have many of those

The beds were super comfy, and the hotel was in good location. Not far from the station or the main attractions.

Would have loved to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. WiFi code wasn't made obvious. Didn't realise it was on a tiny sticker on the rooms key card packet until we were leaving doh!

Heart of Amsterdam but not too far from station. Great for price. Our room had a nice view of the street

Shared bathroom was on the floor below so slightly inconveniently located away from the room. No issue with shared bathroom, just that it was far from the room

Got a free upgrade to standard room from the budget room. Location was amazing, can access many touristy areas via walk. Beds were very decent. Luggage storage available and toilets in the lobby are big and clean.

Toilet was a bit cramped, but given the price, it’s amazing.
