After a very warm welcome we discovered a very nice appartment, hyper clean and very fonctional. Perfectly equiped and, we can say, over expectation for a B&B; there is a small kitchen in which you can warm up simple food. Around the place, there are nice store where it is possible to buy good food for a reasonnable price. This is interesing because the restaurants around are expensive and the quality not at the level of the price. Let's come back to the appartment, very well located, nice and convinient bathroom very generous in towels, the TV is connected with NETFLIX (After a full day walking in the city it can be interesting!), and, cherry on the cake, a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridg offered by Mercedes as welcome gift. Nothing to complain about the Mercedes B&B, really, it was perfect!

The position is perfect, just a short walk from the train station, the centre of Amsterdam can be reached having a lovely walk on the canals. There is a beautiful park very close. There is a very good supermarket just around the corner. Really lovely there are few benches that look at the canal in front of the house. The breakfast is amazing. The room is very nice, bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is very quiet. A courtesy bottle of prosecco, WOW that made us feeling spoiled :-)

I don't see the point of having a microwave/oven if cutlery is not provided. Sometimes there was bad smell from the bathroom, I guess the drains should be checked. Curtains were not really thick so that light was entering very early in the morning (we've been there at solstice so obviously was a bit disturbing, it wouldn't be bad in other months)

The location was absolutely perfect. Everything important for us was nearby. Beautiful canal sights just few meters away. We bought our breakfast from bakery (40-50 m away) and Albert Heijn -supermarket (50-60 m away), Many restaurants and pubs were really near (for example great Italian restaurant Lucca Due about 120-150 m away). Everything was reachable by foot. There were in the room: mini fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee, plates, glasses, cups, forks, knives... and a bottle of cava! And our hosts were great!

We liked everything.

The room was small but very nice, comfy and with many amenities (coffee maker & mini fridge among others). The location was superb, right in the heart of Amsterdam but in a quite street. Breakfast was really good too (yogurt with homemade granola, jam & butter croissant, coffee and fresh orange juice) The host was great and made our check in very easy. I hands down recommend this place to spend a weekend in Amsterdam:)

There's no storage room to leave your backpack/suitcase after checking out. Anyway, you can always leave it in a storage facility (killa cutz it's a record store that also works as a storage place for a cheap price)

To eat a breakfast which was included in room price, you must go to cafe which is located 5 min away from the hotel. There is no menu to choose from. Each day the same SWEET breakfast prepaid by the owner. Please be aware that sometimes there is no place to sit, especially if you want to it early in the morning.

The location was brilliant and the breakfast vouchers were very handy. The pillows were so comfortable. The room was perfect for a weekend stay and the wine was a nice touch. They also gave us plenty of fresh towels.

I just wish our water jug for the fridge had been filled up, when I asked the host said to use the tap - which is fine, it's just nice to have cold water. If you like privacy this is a good place as we barely saw the owners.

We loved the comfortable bed. The breakfast, served at a local coffee shop, was ample and delicious. The host was very kind and answered all of our questions. The location was very convenient to everything.

This was a perfect location for Amsterdam. Close to the station and in easy walking distance of most attractions. There are lots of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. The room is terrific. Large enough by Amsterdam standards and comfortable. Ms Mercedes was very helpful and welcoming.

Nothing could really be better, but be prepared to lug your bags up a floor to the room.

Beautiful room conveniently located. Plenty of space made this very comfortable. Easy access to centraal station with everything that you need within 5 minutes walking distance. Wonderful host

As this is the end of our trip, our suitcases are full, so the stairs were a slight challenge but not a problem.

The location is good and the room, despite being small, is comfy. It's a great option for a single person or a couple traveling for a few days.

If you have many bags or heavy ones, there is a steep stair to get inside the house. Keep in mind.
