All Seasons Holiday Park Hotel

There was a mistake with our reservation for a twin room so we were upgraded to a new, comfortable, 2 bedroom cabin with a full kitchen and private en suite for the same price ! We were wonderfully sheltered from Cyclone Gabrielle! The pool and hot tub are even covered by a glass dome and there's an indoor game room for families and kids. My stomack was upset and their little store didn't sell soup so the manager generously shared her own dinner with me !! ? The short walk to the lake was wonderfully peaceful and beautiful.

We really enjoyed the comfort of our family unit, it was very clean & we felt safe. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the heated pool facilities & the hours it was opened & available for our use. We thought the kids park & games room was a welcomed addition my mokos loved it. Although the location appeared to be a distance away from the city area, there was a supermarket & some shops nearby, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Motion entertainment facilities.

We enjoyed some of the info provided about the area but found some of the tourist info re activities etc a little dated however nothing Google couldn't fix. We were a little disappointed yr food truck facility wasn't working we would have rather given our money to you rather than buy out.

Loved our stay. The bathrooms were so clean which gave me peace of mind having my children use the facilities. My kids had the best time with the Bouncy Castle, Heated pool, Playground and enjoyed the whole experience with the dinosaurs. The staff are all so friendly and most importantly we felt safe - a real family vibe. We have stayed at many other places in Rotorua but this is by far the best for families with younger children.

very comfy and homely camping home. Nice hot pool and spa. Shard bathrooms were right next door which was really convienient. And a communal kitchen as will as the kitchette in the unit

it could have been cleaner. Very little internet. Had to walk to reception to get phone message. As it was advertised with internet this was not good as we homeschool

Kids play facilities are excellent ! Pool, BBQ, tricycles , play room ... nice play for families. We likes there , specially kids enjoyed so much. We think we would go back again. It is one of the best holiday park I have been to. Kevin sent us a smoked salmon fish which were a big surprise for our family. That's wonderful. Thank you Kevin ! All your staff were wonderful and kind.

Our room never got wifi. We talked to staff few times however it seems they didn't believe what we said and never solved. The room we stayed just no signal as soon as you walked into the room.

When I had booked the family unit I didn't see I only booked it for 2 adults, however the beautiful staff lady added my 6children and I was so greatful she did. Next time il double check my booking. When we arrived there were two plates still dirty, and the bathroom stunk out the unit just a little fix up I done, it still didn't turn us away. Also my austistic son loves dinosaurs and swimming and this holiday park was just the right spot for him. We turnt up just after 5pm and it was cold but it didn't stop him from walking around to see each dinosaur and swimming. Totally recommend for families. Il be returning back soon 😁

Lovely big complex. Such a gorgeous dinosaur theme throughout the holiday park. Hot pool was perfect at night time for the family. Lovely clean shared bathroom and music playing in there all day n night. Very kid friendly. Easy access to all facilities in the park. Washers, dryers etc

The overhead cover in the pool caused it to be really stuffy in the afternoon.

Nice spacious unit with comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. 10-15 min drive to downtown but very close to Redwood forest and many other things to do. A short walk to the lake and a quiet beach. Big heated pool and hot tub. Check in was easy, friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Such an awesome camp ground, we stayed in the family unit and queen sized units, they were clean and tidy. The facilities were great. Such a perfect family friendly place 😁

For my elderly grandmother she did struggle to get her self out of the pool due to lack of steps on the ladder not low enough in the water.

The facilities were great and clean. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. The staff were lovely and friendly. It was A very relaxed atmosphere . Thank you, we would definitely happy to come back.

I would have liked a duvet in the double bed. The blankets were a bit too thin and light. Also plugs near the double bed would have been great. But that is just minor- overall it was fantastic. Thank you again.
