Laguna Resort - Vilamoura

We spend 10 nights in one of the townhouses that sleeps 6 people. Never felt lack of space for any of us. The hotel is a very rare case when the photos are exactly the same as what you really get. The property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and they literally have everything one might need. We loved the cleaning services provided in the townhouse on a daily basis. The beds are extremely comfortable. The balcony in the main bedroom deserves a special mention. We will definitely come back!

There were ants on the ground floor but I guess it is a normal thing in hot climates It says there are chargers for electric cars but even with the help of the staff from reception we did not find any.

The 3 bedroom townhouse was very spacious and was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and glassware. And had a dishwasher and washing machine. The cleaners supply you with a dishwasher tablet everyday but we didn’t know this, so had bought some. The cleaners came everyday, except Sundays and did a thorough clean every time. Best house keeping we’ve ever had. They supply towels for use in the house and towels for the pool, which were good quality. The resort is quiet(which we liked) but is 5 minute drive to a great beach which had restaurants and bars. The resort has bikes to use free of charge. They had two electric and a few standard mountain bikes. The staff really went out of their way to help and give information when needed. The reception staff were all great and the gentlemen on the bar/restaurant who served us in the morning after afternoon were again great. I have to give a thank you to Jose who was outstanding. We would definitely go back to Laguna resort and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in a quieter resort but within easy reach of beaches, restaurants at Vilamoura and surrounding resorts.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laguna Resort and couldn't recommend it highly enough! The resort itself is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and is so peaceful and quiet. Our apartment was clean, spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. There is a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, and the resort also has a cafe/bar where you can have a drink and get some food. The staff at the resort were so friendly and welcoming, and they even organised a special surprise for my wife's birthday. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to come back next year!

it was in a lovely location 25 min walk to William ours marina or beach. free bike rental which makes the trip to the marina/beach 10 mins. really nice facilities. a few families, couples and older visitors. very relaxing and quiet.

unfortunately there are building works in the adjacent site, but this did not impact our stay, the construction site was barely audible and not visible at all for the pool area.

Everything. So comfortable and clean. staff were so nice and helpful. spacious, beautiful apartments with full amenities. Highly recommend. One of the nicest places I have stayed. Relaxed and calm environment. Beautiful and clean pool area.

Nothing at all. Fantastic stay. it’s about 20 minute walk from the beach, which was completely fine for us, but for anyone looking to be closer to the marina may be far but it’s a flat walk and also bikes are free for hire at the resort.

excellent place to stay,been to vilamoura about 7 times now and this is one of the most relaxing places to stay,place is so clean and staff are so friendly, reception staff,restaurant staff ,cleaners and also the man cutting grass and maintaining the place,always waved and saying hello as we pass,could not fault this place,

there was nothing not to like,excellent from start to finish. the main marina is 25-30 mins walk but we didn’t mind that,loved the walks into it

Apartment excellent and so well equipped. Pool area and grounds really nice. Staff very pleasant.

The bar and restaurant was slightly overpriced and only opened until 8pm. This meant that it was often empty and lacked any atmosphere. It is a shame as we may have spent a couple of evenings having a meal and drinks there. The apartments are a 30 minute walk to the marina which we knew about before booking. It can be a bit too far to walk in the heat though so got a couple of taxis (cost 6-8 Euros)

Breakfast is fabulous and Angelina and her husband are very attentive and provide an excellent range of choices Pool is lovely and grounds are well kept Reception staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they show you to your apartment and make sure everything is perfect for your stay

Absolutely nothing as we had a perfect stay, if staying longer then I may have been tempted to take a clothes washing tablet as there are washers in each room

Second time here - different from the summer season, very quiet but with the same level of service. The facilities are very good, very well equipped, generous spaces. It's near to the beach (less than 5m by car) and Vilamoura center. The staff is very welcoming and ready to support with any question. A very nice place to spend some quiet and recharging days, surrounded by nature. We did not use the swimming pool this time, because the weather was not warm enough for us :) A place to go repeat!

everything was amazing I stayed here before but came back for a second time wasnt peak time so was quiet but was nice for a break they even let us have late checkout as we weren’t being collected until 6.30 it was my partners birthday and they brought around bottle of wine and pastries on the day they helped with everything and even let us know there is free bikes available to use if we would like
