Good breakfast, clean, big rooms. Good location in the center but hard to get to the hotel on foot (top of a hill) . The client service oriented of the staff, who gave us an extra room instead of extra beds, and managed the situation with Booking.com with no extra charges.
The lack of clarity of booking.com The room was supposed to be for 4 people, but it appeared that extra charges were required for the 2 additional beds, not clearly mentioned in the reservation. Thanks to the hotel staff who helped us.

The location of the hotel is great, 7 minutes walk (climb up) from the Metro station. Very close to the botanix gardens and walkable distance from other many city attractions. The breakfast is awesome!
The sanitary facilities can be better. It was very clean! But the maintenance can be better (shower glass door was missing and the water stream in the shower was not so great.

There was a lot within walking distance. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff, however, were the best! Not only were they friendly and helpful, but everything they did was very sincere.
Had troubles trying to open the balcony doors to let fresh air in.

The hotel breakfast was fantastic! Not a buffee, but you could order ftom thr meny. Everything was fresh! Hotel is situated in a nice walking distance from the centrum. Lisbon has lot of hills and the hotel has nice view over the city. Good shoes are important.

Perfect location and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really big and very good also the chef speaks 7 different languages and he is very friendly. The hotel is really close to everything in town and we always walked everywhere with my friend.
The hotel is not new I wouldn't say it's 4 star hotel but it was very clean.
