Very kind staff. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Good breakfast with fresh food. This structure is very good for a short periods stay.

The room door does not isolate from the noise other guests may make in the corridors. When guests close their doors, the room walls and door vibrate for the change of air pressure. This wakes you up when other guests come back late at night. Windows cannot be opened.

Very chic hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. It is close to the town center, and every main attraction was a good walking distance from the hotel.

Its location is perfect, close to main actions and rail station but tucked away in a quiet side street. Our room was small but cosy, well designed function wise with a minimalist touch. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. it's great for a short city break.

The first thing anyone notices is that the window doesn't open at all. It's a little limiting for the experience. Also for newly formed couples, the bathroom could well be a challenge, as it's a mosaic cubicle inside the bedroom, no lock or sound proofing. I personally like the design but could image some people don't.

The hotel was really nice, even better than what was expected! Its location is just ideal, with few minutes far from the main city center by walk. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the installations were in good conditions. We also tried the breakfast for one day (wasn’t included in our initial booking) and it was nice. We would strongly recommend it for a long stay !!

The draining system of the bathroom was failing all the time. This was resulting to, every time we were showering, the shower was filling up with water and the water was escaping to the rest of the bathroom, making a very uncomfortable feeling. We would really recommend the hotel to fix up that issue, as this was the only inconvenience we had.

The apartment is in an amazing location which feels very safe! We also loved the room itself - it’s very nicely decorated and the bed was SUPER comfortable! We slept amazingly! The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

The shower is very poorly constructed. If you shower for more than 2 minutes there will be water everywhere. Since shower and toilet are connected the toilet floor gets flooded as well as the room’s floor. The shower & toilet is basically in the same room as the bed and only consists of glass doors. This can be very uncomfortable if you are not used to going to the toilet in front of your travel partner. There is no way to open a window which would have been very important to us. There is an AC though, so the air wasn’t bad.

Great location. A bit out of the downtown Baixa/Chado area (where it's too loud & crowded anyways), but close enough to walk there and to Barrio Alto for dinner. It was quiet at night with a comfortable bed & great AC! Very close to 2 metro stops and the Rossio train station. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Everyone at reception was warm, welcoming and helpful.

The room itself is small. Just a bed, desk and the bathroom is more like a closet. I didn't love the layout, but it sufficed. There's also no closet for clothes just a hanging rack. No coffee/hot water machine in the room, but you can go down to the breakfast room at any point and make yourself a cup. Also no mini fridge or anywhere to store food.

The staff, as mentioned in other reviews, are indeed lovely, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean and had a smart TV. The beds were very comfortable. Importantly the AC worked and did a great job at keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The location is also great and proves a useful central base for Lisbon.

The bathroom situation is a weird one for sure (not being in a separate room and separated from the toilet with a transparent screen), but we knew this going in from other reviews. The shower drain in room 306 was slow, but perfectly manageable if you gave the water time to drain. Not a deal breaker, just worth considering if that bothers you. One minor point - the sound proofing to the corridor is not the best. You can hear people coming and going.

Attractive building and I had a very nice room. Good quiet location just off a very attractive tree lined avenue, yet close to metro stations, so easy to get to from airport. Easy walk down to Rossio station too. On last day was able to store my bag at the hotel until the evening.

Breakfast was ok, but would have liked more choice, especially at the price of 10 euros. There was a slight problem with the floor of the shower in my room - the water didn't drain away completely, so there was still a puddle of water there some hours later.

The hotel is located in a side street next to the avenue. Many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Metro station is just 5-7 minutes walk. Our room was upgraded to a deluxe, which was nice. Room 404 was large and freshly refurbished, with a comfortable bed, AC and balconies. It was quiet at night. We had breakfast at the hotel, the breakfast buffet cost 10 euros per person. The buffet was not very varied, but sufficient. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. When we asked to open the balcony, the staff immediately came and helped us.

Nothing to complain but some details can be better. For example bamboo blind hinters the balcony doors opening. Or water was leaking from the shower. The hotel is new and I wish these little things will be improved.

Netflix! Rooms match the pictures, very neat, fresh and bright rooms with modern interiors. Bring your own window-opener because they haven't solved yet the opening-system and access to small balcony. Room 101 has a view to the opposite wall but I asked for a silent single room. They are all in first floor.

The guy at the breakfast-room showed some attitude by not filling the trays when asked and was just lingering in the backroom watching telly. From ten to eleven: cold eggs, cold sausages, no bread, fruits or milk to coffee. Maybe the coffee-machine shoul be labelled with "hot-water" and "coffee" -tags, since everyone seemed to struggle with it. Otherwise the 10e brekkie is worth the money.
