TURIM Restauradores Hotel

The breakfast was good, they had everything you can possibly want, and the Portuguese pastries are always a treat. the location was really great too, we could reach most places just by walking. Bonus: the staff allowed us a super early checkin, which we are thankful for because we flew all night and we needed some rest.

Sleeping with the window open was complicated, plenty of tourists making a lot of noise + tram. (however, shutting the windows solves that problem) the cleaning schedule could be improved. we had very hot weather and we preferred to sleep a bit after lunch, but it coincided with room cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel location is superb within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast selection was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel hallways could be updated with new carpets. Some extra hooks in the washroom for hanging up items would be good.

The location was good. It was near the City Centre but still quiet.

The corridors were quite dark

Nice little hotel, a block off off the main Ave Liberdade. Ideally situated for the busy central area of the city. Lots of amenities very close by. This was ideal for a mini city break without a car and the hotel is very close to the Metro station so travel from the airport was easy. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely polite and friendly. A very enjoyable stay.

The property is a little dated so the air conditioning in the room was not as efficient as it might have been and the shower in our room had a broken door but neither of these things would deter us from staying again.

It was good location. It was nearby the metro, bus, stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly too. Since my fiance had a birthday when we stayed at the hotel, the hotel had arranged a little surprised for us. When we came back one night, they had a bottle of wine and a cake in our room with a little card wishing happy birthday. It was unexpected and nice!

We could not charge our phone nearby the bed that we usually are used to compared to other stays we've been to. But it was possible to charge by the table.

Breakfast great, open until 10.30 for flexibility. Staff great, attentive and everything immaculate, clean Reception staff were exceptional, welcoming and helpful, knowledgeable and friendly- they deserve a special mention

We were away celebrating a 50th birthday weekend and had pre requested a nice room. I had booked a superior double through booking.com. The room allocated was small and the windows opened on to a brick wall. We enquired and was offered an alternative room without question, staff were really helpful. This room was lovely, same spec but slightly bigger with better view.

The hotel location could not have been better and near a hub of public transport. The staff, many of them Brazilian, were charming, helpful and smiling. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with good bed linen. The breakfast was generous, varied and delicious. There were several excellent local inexpensive restaurants within five minutes walk.

We noticed that there were quite a lot of one night guests. As we were staying for three nights we could not quite understand why we were given such a poor room to start with. However, the receptionist was polite, kind and helpful about changing it.

Location was very convenient, and,the,staff did everything they could to make our stay wonderful.

The bed was soft. And there were no electrical,outlets next to the bed so our phones,were across,the,room during charging at night.

Excellent location. Close to Restauradores Metro Station. Near by walk to many pubs (portuguese nights are the best in europe :)). Some reception guys were kind! Good breakfast. Some staff speak spanish. Good beds. Really close to.everyplace my mother loved it.

Just 3 things that I would recommend coz If I go back Lisbon I would choose Turim again: 1. The first night they gave me a room where to access the was some stairs not good for my mother but they changed inmediatelly. 2. We needed a boiler jar to have tea at the room and I had to go to the reception for cup of boiled water. There should be a jar in the room. 3 the quality of shampoo should be better please

Location: very close to Rossio, restaurants, public transportation. it made getting around Lisbon easy! the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than most European rooms with a spacious bathroom. We even had a balcony we could step out onto. The bed was super comfortable with quality sheets, and the bath had quality towels and toiletries. We typically like to eat breakfast out to better enjoy the city, but had breakfast in the hotel our last morning because of time continued. The buffet was delicious worth the price, so give it go .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It’s a nice hotel.
