Altis Grand Hotel

The location of the hotel and the whole area around is quite nice. It is a walking distance from central Lisbon where most tourists attractions are and there are some quite nice places for a meal or a drink around the hotel, as well as lots of nice shops if you are in Lisbon for shopping. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the fact you get clean towels and cleaning services in your room every day. The spa facilities and the gym were also very nice and useful to have. There is a restaurant and a rooftop bar that we didn't get to enjoy but seemed good.

When I arrived with my taxi at the hotel, an employee checked how much I had to pay as the taxi driver tried to charge me too much. That already impressed me! Also, at the reception, they solved a booking problem that I created, supported me in finding pleasant places for dinner and rebooked and checked in my flight. Fantastic Job

It is a little bit more expensive than other hotels, but every cent was worth it.

well located close to the city center. has a lot of restaurants and spa facilities. unfortunately we didn’t have time to try them out. reception staff very friendly!

the cleaning staff are very superficial. the left 2 cups of tea for 2 days before cleaning them.

The tea and coffee facilities in the room are seriously lacking. Milk needs to be provided as standard if English breakfast tea is to be provided. Also only one bag is provided. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel.

the hotel felt very luxurious inside, beautifully decorated and had a lovely spa like feel to it. all the staff were very friendly and went out their way to help.

our only complaint would be to have better lit mirrors in the bedrooms and not just the bathroom

Stay was fantastic, bed was comfortable, location was great, rooms were clean. We also got some surprise treats next to the bed when we came back to the room for both days of our stay. The breakfast was nice with decent amount of options. What impressed me was the staff remembered exactly what we ordered for drinks the day before. Those small gestures really made our trip great! Altis grand really deserves a 5-star hotel rating especially when it comes to its hospitality, great and helpful staff and keep up the good work! would 100% recommend!

nothing really to complain but maybe good to keep in mind for those who travel with elderly or people with difficulty to walk, the hotel is located quite high up from the city centre. So it does take a bit of effort to walk up when you’re returning to your room. Nevertheless, Uber/taxi there are at pretty reasonable price, so it solved our problem.

personal was so kind and the service was top. clean room, good restaurant, parking for car, good breakfast. it was best choice.

everything was excellent

Overall stay at hotel was excellent. Christina in reception was really helpful as were all the staff at breakfast. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very good as we were just off Avenue liberade and close to all attractions.
