Hotel Luena

Everything was super! Buuut, the highlight goes to Ana, the friendliest agent who understood we had issues with our car and rebooked our stay three different times with a smile and comforting words. The room is modern and cute, with a little balcony and they even had a little blanket and a water bow ready for our dog! We were very pleased and cannot recommend it enough. Way to go, this place is a family business for 3 or 4 generations and it’s definitely honoring its tradition to be welcoming and hospitable! 5 stars!!!

The hotel is clean and quiet. Very comfortable stay and absolutely amazing and caring staff. On my birthday eve I found a surprise in my room from the hotel personnel. They left a bottle of sparkling wine and such a lovely birthday card with a warm wishes. They made my birthday special ❤ I had my first solo travelling and was impressed by a warm welcoming and enjoyable stay. Thank you so much ❤

The staff was very friendly and we felt so welcome when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was very clean, our room also. The room was cozy. I have terrible backpains and for me sleeping at the hotels are usually horrible experience, but at Luena hotel our beds were perfect and I didn't feel pain at all! Breakfast was pretty good and we got our tummys full every morning! Our flight left very early in the morning and we needed to make the check- out before 6am, so the kitchen staff made us take away- breakfast to go. That was very heart-warming!

The walls were a bit thin so we could hear the noices from the neighbours' rooms. Also the view from our room was odd..

This is a great hotel. The location is a little far from the centre but a quick bus ride away. Other than that the staff were great and there is alot to do and see in the area.

Good value for money: all premises were very clean, everything was well organised; the staff was very helpful and nice; the room was very quiet - nothing has ever awaken at night.

The location is not central, it took approximately 30 minutes walk to get to Chiado. The neighbourhood was quite mixed - some abandoned buildings nearby, though a couple of nice patisseries and a very good restaurant just in 4 minutes walk.

Perfect location, close to metro. Walking distance to City centre. Good breakfast. Comfort bed, tidy rooms.

Excellent location, great staff and friendly welcome with lemonade and cookies. They offer the ability to hold your luggage if they can’t check you in early. The rooms were clean and modern and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and ready to give us advise for our visits, and tries to solve all our problem. The hotel was easy to reach by car, but it does not own its own parking space. The staff proposes two of the parkings near by. The room was very clean,. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The hotel is a nearby a metro station.

The cosmetics are a of a good quality and a pleasur to use. They are always renewed The personnel is very polite and warm. Food was excellent. It was one of few hotels that accepted us to come with our dog.
