Gallery Hotel

Best location ever: close to shops/ restaurants/ museums... everything. Safe and clean/fancy neighborhood. Nonstop supermarket + very good outlets in 3 mins walking distance. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable even for extra long (12-14) sleeping hours. Good atmosphere in the bar (excellent coffee and cappuccino). Personnel very professional. Room with view on the inside yard was quiet.

Room was a little bit small. Breakfast was expensive compared to eating outside. (Many nice places around the hotel.) Children in the hotel were a bit loud (running /screaming on the corridors...).

The location is amazing! Public transportation is 2-3 min walking, restaurant and shops are also in the streets nearby! The rooms are very clean and hotel is beautiful, great value for price! The staff on the reception and rooftop bar are amazing, helpful and friendly, especially Stephany (rooftop bar). Stephany is so kind, helpful always smiling and such a lovely person! Shoutout to Stephany for making our experience amazing! ❤️

Staff from the bar/restaurant on the ground floor was very rude. They did not want to serve us. We were sitting at the terrace table almost every morning and waited for 30-35 minutes to be served. We drank coffe only 2 times there, since other 5 times we got up and left because we were not served. Important to mention bar/restaurant had 2-3 tables at the time we were there so there is no such excuse as rush hour or anything similar. To sum it up, do not reccomend bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Location could not be better in Barcelona! Best shopping, restaurants and elegant nightlife nearby. Extremely comfortable bed and a very well-equipped room with everything in the right place. Super friendly staff. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun. WiFi was perfect, just like home without tedious login pages. Overall very clean room. Next time in Barcelona I'm coming here again!

My room only had the shower in a bathtub, which I'm not a fan of. Lowest priced, single-person rooms are on the inside of the building without a view and next to elevators.

Super amazing accommodation, very clean and welcoming, big room with space, comfortable bed, feeling luxury. The location was one of the best as well, only came in Barcelona for 2 nights and it was perfectly located in order to get a good feeling if the city. Top breakfast ! I would definitely come back here !

This is a modern, well designed, beautifully decorated 4*hotel which if you didn’t know better would say it was a 5*. The team are young, friendly and service oriented. Example: our room wasn’t ready so they suggested that we take a drink at the bar and they would check us in. Within 30 minutes the receptionist found us in the bar and returned our documents and card with the key. There and then they explained what the hotel had to offer. I call that service alone 5*+ which you rarely get these days. This hotel understands hospitality and service. The room smelt fresh and welcoming and the bathroom products are Gilchrist and Soames, which are superior to others. A comfortable, well made bed with crisp white sheets and even a chocolate on the pillow. A real key on a hanger instead of a magnetic card, which i prefer. Old fashioned norms in a modern jacket. You don’t feel like a disposable guest in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a range of hot and cold choices. The very friendly and attentive staff offered alternatives to the buffet with choices of freshly fried eggs or omelettes. The choice of quality bread was crispy and freshly baked as were the croissants and pan chocolate. The Covid prevention protocol is top notch with gel everywhere and each person is given their own tongs to pick the products they want and so preventing cross contamination. Again the so called 5* hotels in Barcelona should observe here how a breakfast should be done. We had lunch in the restaurant which was excellent. Fast Wifi, great air conditioning and perfect location. The TV had world wide tv channels with the possibility to change the language setting to the original version. Thank you. We will be back.

The staff was so helpful and caring! We felt right at home. They couldn't do enough for us. I really appreciated it ! The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of breakfast foods. All food was so fresh and Delicious.!!! The rooms were nicely decorated and so clean. A very nice touch was the beautiful welcome letter and chocolates left on our bed at night. The room refrigerator was well stocked as well. We loved the location---so convenient to our sight seeing, our shops and restaurants. Thank you Gallery Hotel. You are a special Hotel. We can not wait to stay at the Gallery Hotel , Barcelona, again!

Nothing. Everything was perfect

This is our second time staying at the Gallery. We loved it then and we loved it now. Location is great with Passeig de Gracia 8 mins, Casa Batllo 9 mins, Casa Mila 3 mins, La Pedrera 3 mins and Placa de Catalunya 16 mins away. The front desk staff was extremely professional but so very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with a ticket to the Montjuic cable car and they took it upon themselves to get on the phone and help resolve my problem. Amazing customer service! Thank you to the front desk for being so kind and so caring! Your thoughtfulness was very much appreciated!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Barcelona. I was traveling with my sister and mother and opted for a family room, which consists of two connecting rooms, providing us with a spacious and comfortable accommodation. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service we received, especially from Luis at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our check-in process smooth and even took the initiative to personally bring our luggage up to our suite. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made us feel welcome. Although we were disappointed to find out that the rooftop bar was closed for the winter, Luis quickly turned the situation around by offering a drink ticket for the lobby bar. The hotel's proximity to the main shopping road was a significant plus for us and made it convenient for us to explore on foot, run out for snacks etc.

Lovely looking hotel with spacious rooms and excellent staff. The bed was INSANELY comfortable. Honestly we had everything we needed and felt relaxed and taken care of.

Only relatively minor things: The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everything that's happening in the next room and if you need/want to sleep during cleaning time you hear lots of banging and noise coming into the room from all the surrounding areas. The hotel restaurant didn't have too many options and although it was completely empty it took them good 10 minutes to notice us and bring menus and then again no one came for the next 15 minutes.
