The location is superbbb! The front desk staff are really amazing very welcoming always smiling and talking to us..whatever you ask for they get it very quickly.. house keeping is very good aswell.. flexible if u need late cleaning..room size is average.. toilet is very clean and modernized...booked the city view superior room.. no balcony but nice view..

Only one night of our stay was a bit noisy from the room next to us.. the sound is not proofed well..the overall space of the hotel is small not very spacious as the reception.. the hallways etc.. but would definitely stay in this hotel again

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The bedsheets were of exceptional quality, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The service at the reception was outstanding; they were extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, and we received fresh towels daily from an efficient cleaning service. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.

When we requested a room change due to blocked city views, the reception quickly accommodated our request and gave us a room with stunning views of paseig de gracia. This demonstrates the commitment that the reception have to being hospitable and accommodating to a guests requests.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was amicable and very helpful. They gave us tips on local places and restaurants. They upgraded my room and gave me free drinks at the wonderful terrace. The terrace has the best view of all Barcelona, it was my favorite. The location is simply the best, close to everything, safe and in the upscale neighborhood of Lexample. I would stay here again next time. Kudos to everyone working there!

Nothing to complain, except that the breakfast served was the same thing every day which seemed a repetitive after 6 days.

Big, clean and comfy room, with a neutral and relaxing decor. Awesome location, just a few steps from La Pedrera. Pleasant and efficient staff.

Breakfast was just regular. Poor sort of bread and rotisseries, but all was well prepared. Breakfast room is noisy. Fitness center is too basic, only cardio equipment. If you like to workout, as me, buy a gym´s day pass in the surroundings. Finally, the rooftop bar: despite of having a great view, I've seen a lack of cleanliness, i didn´t like the fact of non guest are allowed, the bar was always crowed and we didn´t enjoy the time stayed there. At least, you can get a picture of Sagrada Familia church.

Modern rooms and bathrooms. Top location. Very nice to have our family in adjacent rooms.

Our room had a faulty heating system, so it was quite cold compared to the corridors and to the room of our kids (just adjacent to ours). The toilet itself was even colder. No safe was present in the room and, considering the micro-criminality of the town, it is a must as one would leave all valuable that can in the safe.

All the staff were very kind and helpful. A special mention to Anais who always helped us when we had questions about where to go. We also reached the hotel earlier than the check in time and the hotel gave us our room as it was ready. The location is great and everything is nearby (maximum 20 minutes walk).There is 2 stop near the hotel on the Hop on Hop off tour bus. You have great restaurant at walking distance. The hotel breakfast buffet is also nice.A great hotel to stay with family.The area is also safe at night.

First of all the front desk team is super friendly and they give you all the information you need, in any case you still have a question, just call or ask them and they will help you out :) Second was our Room :) it was very clean, spaceful and we had a very beautiful balcony :) you will find everything you need in the room from toothbrush etc to room slipers. Third and absolutely stunning was the Rooftop of the Hotel, Bar 83,3. It has a stunning View over Barcelona, while enjoying your drink or food, you will have a good look at the Sagrada Familia etc. What was also very good was the location of the Hotel. You have s lot of Taxi's in front of the hotel or just profite to take the metro just a few meters away from the Hotel.

Everything was just great, from the beginning to the end of our 4 day trip :)

location is great, the staff are the best i ever seen especially Linen from the redemption he explained alot of Barcelona attractions and the way to go their, second day I asked Pol and he was very supportive if I come to Barcelona again will definitely stay on it again

The fire alarm rings two times in my stay one of them the guest in the next room was smoking

The location is one of the best in the city. Central and easy walking distance to most everything you might want to get to. The facilities and rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, and the rooftop bar has great views of city. And the staff is truly exceptional. They went out of their way to help, always with a smile. Highly recommended!

Just nit picking, but they gym could use an upgrade and rooms are not exactly sound proof. But not that bad, and manageable.
