Eurostars Monumental

Our room on floor 8 had a spectacular view of the Sangrda Familia. The staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great variety for foods to choose from. The motel is very close to the Sangrada Familia and a close walk to the Rambles. Even though it was in a busy area it was very quiet at night. We slept with the balcony doors open.

There was very limited storage area in the bathroom. The patio while being spacious would have been improved with some form of foliage and plants that provided privacy from the room next door while using it. We could hear everthing from the ajoining room and outside hallway.

Very good location for the Sagra familiar and really nicely done rooms with leafy views

There should probably be a warning on the website advising about the fact that there are major tram works being done across the road from 9 am each day. There were loud jackhammer noises taking place so you would not have been able to sleep during the day time. Also, for some reason even though I booked a specific size of room I was given a different size of room. This was rapidly fixed by the staff, but it was an unusual problem to be given a room that was specifically, not the one booked.

This was a great place to stay. Very close to public transport, restaurants, coffee and the Sagrada Familia. We stayed in a terrace room on the 8th floor (801) which had fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia, La Monumental and the city. Should we stay here again we'd ask for the same room if it was available. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean and well stocked in the bathroom and mini fridge.

The hotel lift wasn't the quickest during the mornings when guests are going to breakfast or starting their day so expect to wait a little longer than expected. The room we stayed in (801) was next to the lift shaft so you could hear it going but it wasn't loud enough to keep you up at night. Everything else was great.

location, two blocks away and window view of sagrada familia (only for certain rooms), monumental metro just next to the hotel; super friendly staff, practical facilities in room such as the built in luggage rack and the shower with jacuzzi/massage functions special thanks to night shift Clara who made us felt at home by taking extra mile to ensure we can adapt to the city. muchas Gracias!

there seems to be a problem charging phone power banks with the sockets. i wonder if it’s a matter of volts/electricity involved?

The room was clean and it had a view of la sagrada familia.

The walls are thin, I could hear the street noise (although I was on the 7th floor) and from the room next to me. The location is good for those who wants to be close to la sagrada familia and the metro station is next to the hotel. For me next time I might choose another location.

Staff was awesome, always responsive, effective and clear. No problems or unreasonable checkout rules at all. Extremely well located near metro and sagrada familia. Room was nice and big for 1 person. Bath was really comfortable

Unluckily, there were street construction/remodelation just across the building, so it was really noisy from 8 am. Worked well as an alarm to wake up early.

The staff was awesome very clean and quiet building. Breakfast was amazing. Very close to the metro stop.

The wifi cut in and out. I was unable to connect for 3 days. Even though I went in January the room was hot and the AC didn’t work so I had to open the window which gave a wonderful breeze but we are right informó of a school so it was loud during the day and loud at night since we needed the window open.

First, the scenery of the hotel, in the balcony can see the sea really feel very comfortable and cozy. Next is the hotel staff, very enthusiastic, but also recommended us the food around the hotel, very responsible. The hotel breakfast is also very good, while watching the scenery and enjoying the food is really very happy. It is the first choice for travel and vacation!!!

This is a nice family friendly hotel, just 5mins walking to the La Sagrada Familia. 1. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center. 2. The receptionists in the hotel were very nice. 3. We got a complimentary bottle of water and the hotel room was clean with a comfy very big bed. 4. Breakfast had sufficient variety of foods, and special attention was put to hygiene matters during COVID.

1. In the room it was very warm, we couldn’t regulate the temperature during the night. We booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with a 5yr old toddler and a 3m old baby, and in one room we couldn’t open the window for fresh air. 2.Given that we chose the earliest slot 07-07:45 for having breakfast in the morning- we were in the end not able to have breakfast on saturday because the restaurant opened at 07:30 (noone told us that on weekend the opening hours start later), so we needed to leave to the airport without having breakfast, which is not very good when travelling with a toddler.

the staff was amazing. I believe the man I’m thinking of was named Alberto. he was so friendly and gave me many great recommendations and made me feel very comfortable to ask him questions. I also felt very safe in the property.

the doors were very thin and I could hear almost everything in the hallways. it also didn’t feel quite as clean as I would have hoped on the floors and by the sink of the bathroom.
