We had a wonderful, short stay in this hotel. Super location; minutes from La Rambla and Gothic Quarter, and incredibly pretty, well appointed and comfortable throughout. The space, both indoors and on the pool terrace were decorated and arranged thoughtfully so it felt as if all the guests had the space to relax in the easy, calm - and also family friendly - ambiance. But the element of the hotel that most impressed us were the staff; they could not have been lovelier, more helpful or accommodating. They were attentive without being too pushy or overbearing in any way, and just incredibly nice, genuine and friendly throughout our stay. Truly impressed; every single one of them was lovely! We had a really wonderful time and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent location, excellent friendly and attentive staff, amazing and very quiet room with enormous comfy bed, terrace and private jacuzzi, the shower was so strong, the complimentary Rituals bathroom accessories, Nespresso machine/pods and Lindt chocolates were a fab touch. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, perfect location, nice bar area

The silly document you have to sign at check-in to say you won’t break the rules. It’s a bit over the top, and not something I’ve experienced in any other hotel.

The hotel is located close to Plaza de Catalunya (really a few steps) and you have to walk only one block to find Passeig de Gracia, one of the main street of Barcellona: so the position of the hotel is very central and you can go almost everywhere by feet. Another good optional are the common spaces:, the hotel has many beautiful common spaces, richly and elegantly furnished: they are very comfortable because you can stay there for a briefing before your exit or if the weather is not good. For example, the pub area or the interior garden (but even the library area) are very beautiful and useful. The hotel has also another very useful service area: in the entrance, there is a table with two pc and one printer which we used to fill and print our PLF. The staff is kind and polite: for example, they lend ombrellas to all the customers who were without. Finally, a very good experience.

The hotel design was brilliant! I love the decoration of the communal areas as well as the one in the room. The location was good too, it is next to Plaza de Cataluña where you can easily visit Las Ramblas and other well-known areas of Barcelona.

I arrived at 11 pm and there was no room service available to order some food.

This hotel is very central, lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner. The room is cozy and has all the essentials. Staff is welcoming

The breakfast was a a disappointment (coffee was the most undrinkable drink i have had in my life, quality of the cold cuts really low, eggs overcooked,...) The swimming pool is not really a pool... The pictures on the site look better as it is in reality. No outside window... room looked in the atrium. It didn't appear in the reservation.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was great, the location was the best!

First we got 2 single beds with different bed sheets which made us feel bit weird because we asked for a double bed. When we called to ask for a double bed we transferred to the next room immediately. but the double bed was still 2 single beds combined together but this time with the same bed sheet. it was not comfortable to sleep on in my opinion... If you pay that much for a good hotel it is worth to buy double beds for most of the rooms...

Very clean and modern hotel with a nice rooftop pool. Beautifully styled. Lots of space to relax around in different areas. Fantastic location. We also had a nice balcony in our room facing the afternoon sun.

Our room was a connected room which meant we heard the neighbours constantly all night. There is no restaurant or service on the rooftop which meant you need to go down to the ground floor to get your own drinks/food. We asked for a double bed but we got two single beds joined together.

The location of the hotel is perfect it’s literally in the centre of all the bars, shops, restaurants at catalunya square and other attractions are easily reached by bus or metro which you can get right near the hotel! The room was spacious, clean and decorated lovely, the hot tub on the terrace was a lovely treat after a long day walking around! The bed was massive and comfortable. The staff are attentive and friendly and the breakfast is really nice there’s lots of choice and you can also order hot choices from the menu that are cooked to order which was lovely. The best thing is that they have Rituals toiletries in the rooms that was a luxurious treat! We would definitely stay here again we loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows but maybe that’s just us as we love feather pillows and these were quite hard so we found it wasn’t a good nights sleep!

The hotel is perfectly located, so that if you're not to lazy you can do most things by foot. There also is a public transport connection point nearby for metro and tram. La Rambla is pretty close, same as the boqueria where you can get delicious snacks. The rooms were small but clean and equipped by everything you'd need. The breakfast offered a bit of everything and all the warm dishes were feshly made in the kitchen. Very lovely staff and overall a high end experience. Plus you won't hear any noises from the street.

There's nothing to complain about in this hotel.
