Beautiful hotel with a fantastic roof top pool and bar with a stunning view. Easy to access the metro which was literally outside to get to the main tourist attractions. There are taxis also in front making travel to and from the hotel easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The Wifi didn’t work properly in my room on the sixth floor. It worked if I stood near to the door but not in the best area. Everywhere else in the hotel the Wifi was perfect

The hotel is ideally situated. Only 10 min walk from Barcelona Sants railway station. The rooms are excellent and the views are the best! The staff are very pleasant.

The pool deck was crowded, and there weren't enough loungers for everybody.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The airport bus stop is right outside as well as a popular metro stop connecting you to the rest of Barcelona. The staff are so friendly and the food is lovely! The bar and pool on the 8th floor was our favourite part. We were on our honeymoon and the staff upgraded us to a suite and also delivered a bottle of champagne - we were so delighted! Will definitely be back.

The only thing that was inconvenient was that there was no iron available in the room. However if you really needed one, the hotel offer a laundry service.

Our room was great - had everything we needed and more. An extremely comfortable bed and a really powerful shower - my two most important factors. The view from the kid's room (249?) was outstanding. Breakfast was rated by my kids and "best buffet we've had" and they are a tough crowd. The rooftop terrace, pool and bar were lovely and surprisingly restful in the middle of busy city. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Our key cards kept failing - we must have had to get them re-set at least once every day. (We worked very hard at ensuring they were nowhere near any electronic devices, I assure you). Your reception staff were unfailingly helpful in resetting them. Room 249 would be even better with more power/USB sockets - particularly beside the bed like room 708(?) had.

The location is superb. This was the first hotel I stayed after a long flight so I asked for a quiet room so they gave me a room on the inside of the building so I had the inner building view. If you ask you could get a espana plaza view, which you could see the sunset. Same view on the swimming pool area. Rooms were clean and I was satisfied that the doors were lock proof(I heard that some hotels have weak doors easy for theives to break in). No card key is needed to use the elevator so keep guard for outsiders while in the building. Overall satisfactory.

I was quite upset that they did not notice me beforehand about maximun people for each room. I reserved with booking.com and they recommended me a triple room for my family(2 adults and 2 children). However when I checked in I was informed that four people can not use the triple room. Other hotels did not have this kind of regulation. Triple rooms were ok for 4 person families. If you want more strict regulations you should have a notice informing it beforehand. Booking.com autoregulates children with a different age range than your hotel. You should change your regulations to match other hotels, or request booking.com to specify the different regulations. The receptionist made me feel as if I was smuggling my child into the room. I did not have this problem with other hotels.

The view from rooftop pool was amazing. Gym is nice and clean, not big, but for vacation enough. The room was clean, although a bit dark. There is coffee machine,you get the new capsules every day. Ironing table and iron are also available in the room. Even a toothbrush and paste, comb and details like that! 👌🏼 The location is perfect! Takes 20’ from the airport by bus, and stations are directly near the hotel. I would come again!

The room was a bit dark, and lights in the bathroom a bit stronger. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so I couldn’t rate that.

I really enjoyed my stay here and it was really conveniently located as the airport bus stopped right outside, and it was walking distance to Estadi Olimpic as a concert there was my reason for coming. The hotel was modern and clean and I enjoyed the breakfast and a little pool time with a lovely view. I had an issue in my room and the staff were really helpful and gave me a new room immediately, this new room was located two stories up and I noticed some differences, the room was the same size but had a mini fridge, shampoo and conditioner and the Wi-Fi worked much better. My first room did not get Wi-Fi at all which was frustrating.

I really struggled with Wi-Fi in my first room, it just did not work but it worked in the lobby. This was really frustrating.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and tidy with really friendly staff. The location was perfect with shopping and metro right outside. It really was the centre of Barcelona which you could in any direction to explore. The rooftop bar and pool was fantastic although the bar is a little pricey for wine and spirits but this is to be expected in such a high quality hotel. Definitely go again!

Just the one thing and it isn't major. As the metro runs right under the hotel you hear it pulling into the station below. We were on the 4th floor and could hear it. After the first day it became the norm and we got used to it. Would not put me off going to this hotel though, it was excellent.

Great location, close to metro/bus transit (including AirPort Express bus), beautiful rooftop pool bar. The (internal) room was quiet, AC worked perfectly. Early check in was a breeze. Staff were all very friendly ab helpful. All in all a place we’d go back to.

Booking included Executive lounge, but, no information was provided at check-in. Later, I was told they had mostly done away with any Executive lounge extras. There is still a lounge, but, does not provide the little extra perks or light meals. So, that really decreases the value for money. Had I known that I would have booked a different room or hotel. The mini-bar fridge is ample sized, but chock full of things we wouldn’t need. Note to self: request hotel empty mini bar next time.

Lovely roof top pool. Room was lovely - big bed, lovely bathroom and very clean. Lots of storage for clothes. Gym is good with mix of machines and weights. Breakfast was very good but quite expensive if not included in booking (24e pp). Great hotel for access stadium for Barca match.

Price of breakfast was very expensive. Slightly further out of city - only 30 min walk. The water machine not working in gym and gym was very warm. The pool was busy when we went during the day but seats available. Staff could have explained more about facilities at check in.
