very comfortable, nice and new,friendly staff, good location.

no wardrobe and drawers to put your things. they are not able to handle small problem like they did give tissue paper when I asked , they said they’re waiting for the supplier to bring them. I’m here for 10 days and they couldn’t fixed it , this is unacceptable from 5 stars hotel , not sure what they will do with bigger problems. it’s nice hotel I like it but I’ll give it 4 stars.

A few things that I loved; Sonder has an app where you can check in and gives you all the details regarding your stay and the neighbourhood. I found the app super helpful in figuring out where to eat and what activities to do within the area The hotel is in a very central place with lots of luxury shops within a 2min walk. The metro is also within a 2min walk so very convenient. Casa Batllo is also 2mins walk making it very easy to tick that off if you intend to visit. La Rambla is also 5min walk from the hotel. If you are using the Aerobus to and from the airport the drop off Plaza Catalunya is only 5min walk from the hotel (literary down the road) The room is very spacious, very unlike most European hotels I have been in. The rooms are modern with nice bathroom amenities and spacious showers. I am a sucker for a good bathroom so I really enjoyed this one. The bed was comfy just the right amount of firmness and sheet were white and clean. The staff were helpful at all times even when I had random questions. Highly recommend if you are looking at a clean modern hotel that's in a central and safe location in Barcelona

The water pressure was ok, it could have done with a bit more Not sure I liked the idea of having a water dispenser in the hall way and not just water included in my room. I get the idea of having that but still would have preferred to not leave my room every so often to get water The towels looked a bit old and threadbare. They were still very clean though!

Location of the hotel is the best in Barcelona. Its located in the Paseo de Gracia which is the heart of Barcelona. Downstairs there is Kenzo, Loewe and all the brands in the world. Casa Batllo is just a one min walk and Casa Mila is a 5 mins walk only. Opposite it is the Madarin Oriental. The room is still spacious and clean. Staff is super helpful and everything can be done via the app. will definitely recommend this and visit again.

Hotel along the street can be very noisy at night if you leave the windows open. Mosquitoes in the hotel are a nuisance.

As the place is new, excellent cleanliness, the window looks out to Passeig de Gracia, but still quiet. Very comfortable

The messages for check in procedure was sent out average once a 2days over few weeks, and 3 times in 1 day for 1 occasion. Asked to stop but did not stop. It is very irritating

The rooms are incredibly nice, the beds super comfortable. The location is as central as it can get in Barcelona, everything is easily reachable by foot. The service and personal are also absolutely amazing!

Excellent location, (8 min. walk from city center - Pl. de Catalunya) new and very comfortable facilities, completely quiet room (second f. back), very helpful staff, breakfast was not included but a boxed complimentary breakfast was given every morning (nice).

Location of hotel was perfect. Rooms are very nice and clean. Some hotel staff were great. Breakfast was modest.

Some staff at the hotel were not up to the task. You must repeat things several times because they're listening but not hearing you. They are not focused on what you are saying. On one occasion, they mistakenly gave the keys to our room to other guests. It was unpleasant for the ladies who entered the room or us sleeping. The front desk started questioning us instead of quickly solving the problem. When we wanted to extend our stay, we made an online payment, but due to an error in their system, that payment was not registered. Solving that problem took time. Ultimately, they informed us that everything was okay, but they did not find it necessary to apologize for all the mistreatment.
