Petit Palace Museum

The staff were brilliant and had a great sense of humour and so helpful. We were allowed to check in early which was a massive bonus as meant we could get a extra couple of hours of exploring in! The hotel is in the absolute perfect location and we will 100% come back here when we return to Barcelona. Loved that it was eco friendly which I didn’t realise until we got here. Location 3 minutes to Gaudi Casa Battlo and 10 minute walk from Gothic Quarter. 25 minute walk to Sagrada Familia

The hot food part of breakfast could of been better

Great location! Within easy walking distance of the Gaudi houses on Pasieg de Gracia and the metro and train station of the same name. It is 2 blocks from Plaça de Catalunya, 1.2 kilometers from the Palau de la Música Catalana and a short cab ride to Sagrada Familia. In short, it is right where you want to be as a tourist in Barcelona. The staff were wonderful, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Totally a niggle, but the reading light on my bedside was too dim (though my wife's was fine).

great location, clean room, great shower and comfortable large double bed. bonus was having a kettle so I could have warm water in the evenings . it was a shame that the tv channels did not show English language movies for the price.

The room was perfect, quiet as it overlooked the courtyard to the back. minus point was there was only one English language news channel and no English language films. for the daily price of the room we expected more variety .

The location was really central and very close to Plaza Catalunya where the airport bus drops off. Lots of great indoor and outdoor eating places really close by and much better prices and local atmosphere than the famous La Rambla. The staff were amazing. Big thank you to Jesus and Natalia, both very helpful and friendly.

No mirrors in the bedroom at all, only mirrors were in the bathroom. This was really not practical or convenient for three women sharing a room. However we were told the hotel is being refurbed and feedback is useful.

Amazing, central location to multiple metro stops, everything is pretty much walking distance, it’s honestly a 5-minute walk to Placa de Catalunya where you can find all the big stores. The hotel itself was great, nice and clean, very friendly and courteous staff.

The bathroom facilities could definitely use some improvement. Firstly there was leakage happening from the bath/shower cabin on the floor. The washroom door did not have a lock, and the towels had a bad smell instead even though they were replaced every day.

Central location, about 5 minutes walt to major Bus stops and Metro Station Passeig de Gràcia, lots of stores and restaurants around. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Bed was comfortable, Air-conditioning and heating worked fine, good water pressure in the bathroom. Free tea and snacks available during the afternoon, WiFi was good too.

Wasn't too happy with the Bathroom, not sure if I was assigned a room with provision for someone with a disability or if all their rooms are that way, the toilet disability assistant rails were very uncomfortable. The sink isn't well positioned, water was always pouring on the floor anytime I used it. Breakfast had limited options, they could do with more options especially in the sausages department, maybe chicken or beef sausages for those that don't eat pork.

It was excellent! Friendly staff, comfortable room (with a balcony), great location and a charming hotel design. The water had constance in pressure and temperature.

I couldn't really control the temperature of the room. It had a meter to choose. Sometimes it reached the 23° C I defined, but at some it was hotter, feeling as a ventilation only. During the four days I stayed there it wasn't too hot outside to overload the air conditioning.

Excellent interaction with staff, especially with Yannick who did all they could to make our stay a pleasant one: welcome notes, quiet room, details about Barce, etc

Hotel needs some repair works: tiles moving on the ground floor, room furniture old and scratched. Uncomfortable pillows (no need to reinvent everything just to be different).

Superior Breakfast with many choices in modern museum environment. Strategic location in luxury and safe area. Design of the hotel. Design of my room looks like 5 star hotel room. The owner of hotel Alicia try to help everyone and cares a lot about customer satisfaction and you will find her in the hotel working hard with passion, although she owns other hotel too and she is very busy, you will have the chance to see her and discuss with her, if you need any help or you face any problem. That's very important !

Maybe some personal needs more training because they are fresh with limited experience because after COVID era most hotel reopen with fresh staff but will find experienced staff there as well and all the personal are passionate to learn fast.

The location was fantastic, just a 5minute walk from the Pl. catalunya. Yet despite it being so close to the centre the room was very quiet which was a nice surprise. The room was very large and clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.Would definitely recommend Make sure you keep an eye out for Alex if you stay here. He was so lovely and helpful, made our stay so much better.

The wi-fi connection was not always great. Might have been because we stayed on the top floor so the signal may have been weaker. But Alex helped us and rectified the issue very quickly as I had an important online interview I needed good wifi for.
