Great location, lovely and friendly staff, great sized room.

The common areas of the hotel lacked sufficient air conditioning

I have stayed a few times at the hotel when visiting the city. It’s in a fantastic location. The hotel it’s self is clean and well maintained. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The roof top bar has great views.

The rooftop terrace bar service was poor. There was only one or two people at most waiting on guests. I had to get up every time to ask for a menu, drink or food. When I ordered a small starter it took time to arrive, when it did it wasn’t what I asked for but didn’t want to wait another half an hour for food. The qualify of the food served was not that of a 5 star hotel so could definitely be improved.

We loved the roof top terrace on the 11th floor looking over Barcelona l, especially in the evenings, we experienced superb service under the heaters listening to chill out tunes ~ a perfect way to unwind after exploring this beautiful city! Lovely hotel, our room & bathroom were spacious & very clean, the hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

Bit noisy late at night due to location but not too much of a deal.

It was a bit annoying that we had to contact the room service through the app and tell them specifically what we were missing (like paper, towels etc).

The location could not be better. Bang in the heart of the Eixample district. The staff were very helpful and had our room ready for early check in and provided us with late checkout on our last day, free of charge. Very accommodating. The rooftop pool and bar were so good - stunning views. Staff were keen to share things that weren’t on the drinks menu which was fabulous.

Everything was great. The plug in the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain very well but that’s really stretching to find anything to criticise!!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the front desk, housekeeping, and the people moving our luggage. The staff was able to help us check into one of the rooms early so we could leave our luggage, and they also made sure the other room we booked was nearby on the same floor. The rooftop bar had some spectacular views. The location is in a prime spot because almost everything is within a 40 minute walking distance including La Sagrada Familia, La Barceloneta, The gothic quarter, Las Ramblas. The Camp Nou, and Park Guel were about 50 minutes walking. The taxi stop is also around the corner, and there are plenty of cafes, and shopping all around.

Rooftop bar staff could be a little more friendly and attentive.

My stay was magical. I went to Barcelona with my son to surprise my daughter who lives there for their 21st birthday (twins). Beautiful Emma from the sales made sure to decorate our room with a Happy Birthday balloon and chocolate. Our welcome was amazing, all staff so helpful and always greeting us with smiles. Laura, the guest relations was also so kind with assistance and advice. The location of the hotel can't be better facing lots of restaurants and coffee shops and so close to all the attractions and shopping. The room was so clean and big. Every day, we find chocolate on the bed. The amenities are of high quality. Not to mention the big variety of breakfast items and how delicious it was. Thank you NH Barcelona Team, thank you from all my heart in making our stay so memorable. You will see us soon, I promise.

Very well situated from subway station, main attractions etc Big room, good aircon. Room and bath nicer than a 5 star hotel around the corner that I’ve stayed in on a previous trip. Nice rooftop bar. I arrived early from my flight and got and early check in! Always worth a big thumbs up for that! Loved the sweets and water in reception! I ate way too many of the sweets! Sorry!

Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, but not spectacular. Coffee machines are a disappointment for people who love coffee

We choose this hotel for our last two nights of vacation because of its location. The Rambla de Cateluna, not to be confused with the more popular La Rambla, is a quiet, tree lined area with plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance of LA Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Close to the Plaza de Catalunya which is a major transport hub, although taxis are plentiful, safe and economic. Taxi stand 30 meters from the hotel.

I usually wouldn't pay this much but it wasn't overpriced for what it offered. No regrets.
