Great location. Smooth check-in process. The entry hall smells amazing. Complimentary water during our stay was appreciated. Staff responded to text messages promptly and even sent me a message during my stay to simply ask if things were going ok. Room was as described and expected. Happy to have an iron in the room. Very quiet place for a room in the city center. Lots of great restaurants really close by. I really liked the Sonder App and appreciated the ease of booking a ride to and from the airport with the link they provide. I was surprised to learn they clean the rooms during your visit. It was nice having trash removed and beds made daily.

There was a strange smell that would come and go from the bathroom. The bed sheets had some holes in them and some were either dirty or stained. The room was quite hot! I set the AC to 17 but there’s no way it worked. The room was an oven. These are areas Sonder could improve upon , but we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The overall sensation is very good. Modern, clean spaces but with a vibe. The room was slightly larger than expected, so that's a plus. Everything in working order and the AC was perfect, not too cold or hot. The position is very good for visiting the city while avoiding the noise and the confusion of the old town.

Nothing really. The two inconveniences I found are really minor. No.1 the jacuzzi (which was also an unexpected surprise) didn't work (or at least I was unable to start-it) and I found it hard to use the smart tv in the room because it had no apparent link to the local tv, only streaming services. As I said, it didn't matter a lot. I wasn't planning to use the jacuzzi and I had no time to spend watching tv.

air con was lacking room was stuffy no staff, all virtual, very impersonal! .

it was clean and the common area is super nice and always smells lovely, it hs the facility of using the lockers which was super usefull and staff was at our disposal 24/7 through whatsapp. check in was very smooth. location is EXCELLENT

the shower and bath room had no door. thos made it difficult for us to be able to shower comfortably because obviously no one wants to see anyone else naked haha. so we had to either go out when someone is using the shower or else just wait at the end of the room. we had no privacy in that sense.

Location is amazing, the room was modern and very clean. There's water in the lobby + nespresso machine, some capsules, sugar and tea bags.

Having no staff or virtual staff is a bit inconvenient in my opinion, it's nice to be able to solve the issues straight away. We booked for 2 adults plus a child, and all we had was a double bed which was a good size, but not really for 2 adults +a 7 year old. There was a sofa bed, but no spare bedding. As there was no one to help we just gave up and had a bad sleep all 3 in one bed. Bubbles in the bath which our son was so excited about didn't work and I wish I could go down and get some help.

Was in a great location and the room was lovely.

The only downfall was the luggage lockers. There were 6 in total and 3 of those were broken/out of order so could not use. So had to faff about trying to find somewhere to store our lockers after travelling. If I knew this prior I would’ve pre booked somewhere else to keep the suitcases/paid for early check in.

The location was perfect, in the center of the city and everything was accessible in walking distance. The whole building and the room were very clean and the room was also fully equipped with everything needed. When we needed some kind of support, we just wrote in the app and we received the response in a few minutes. We arrived late in the evening, but there weren't any problems as we had an access code for both the building and the room. Totally recommend it and if we come again to Barcelona, we will go there again. Thank you for everything!

The location is really in the centrum center and the room is clean and comfortable. The personel was friendly and helpful.

I didn't know that this hotel have no reception. It was with the self-check in system. So I need to fill in a lot of form first by myself. Or they help us via whatsapp. It's modern system to check in, but I don't know how I feel about this. When I want to put my bags before check in I need to go to another sonder-hotel, it's like 15 min away from the hotel. The floor in the bathroom was really slippery, maybe as tips they could put like rubber matt. Just for safety reason.

It was our first visit to Barcelona and we loved it! the location is amazing, literally in the city center of main attractions, 1 minute away from the Metro Station, and the Barcelona city tour bus station is infront of the hotel. The rooms are super clean, new and it just feels fresh with the light color interiors. there are lots of great restaurants and rooftop bars in the area, and if you are looking for shopping this is the perfect place. What I loved the most is the staff and how professional, helpful and supportive they are, I just want to give great shoutout to Brandend, Juan, Arnau, Augusto, and Judith for their exceptional service and warm welcome, they really did an extra mile to support my friends and myself with our stay in Barcelona.

Everything was extraordinary.
