Best Western Plus Time Hotel

Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice staff, great breakfast. Restaurants and supermarket near by. A little far from the city center to walk more than once, but several scooters were available right in front of the hotel doors. Bus transfer from/to the airport (Flygbussarna airport coaches) stops at Norra Stationsgatan, which is pretty close to the hotel.

Very comfortable and modern hotel located in residential area. Very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast - so much choice. Had a fan in room and mini kettle with tea/coffee. There was an hairdryer in the bathroom. Like that there was a Juliette balcony so could open the window. Bed was very comfortable. The bus no 2 is just a short walk and goes into tourist side of Stockholm. You can walk to Odenplan to get the tunnelbana or get the no 2 towards Sofia and get off at Odenplan. Very useful to have this bus when travelling with suitcases. ICA supermarket next door to hotel and has a Deli/pizzeria attached. Get good chef prepared meals or pizza. Very reasonable price. Short walk to Haga park with massive lake. Odenplan has many cafe's and places to eat or get bus no 2 to Sofia and get off at Stureplan.

The hotel room is missing a bar fridge. An ironing board and iron would be most welcome.

Breakfast was superb. Excellent quality and variety of foods. I appreciated the gluten-free and lactose- free choices available. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Next to the hotel there is a big supermarket which is very convenient if you want to cook your meals or just buy snacks. Very close to public transport.

.We had a minor glitch when we arrived. The room we initially got didn't correspond to the characteristics we had in the reservation. ( There was a cot instead of a couch bed, but the staff quickly solved it by promptly changing the room.

We had to switch rooms as the lock to the bathroom door was faulty and couldn't be opened again from the inside.

Best breakfast buffet ever! A lot of choice, vegan/vegetarian and gluten free as well. Located in a quiet area but not far from the next metro/bus stop. The room (Standard room) was very spacious and you can find a supermarket just next to the hotel and some restaurants as well. Tap water was drinkable and one of the best in Europe. There was even a sauna we could have used for free but unfortunately we had no chance to use it as we were short on time.

A bit far from the central metro/train station and the old town. A little expensive in my opinion, even though staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was clean and we had such a great stay. Definitely would book it again!

Location is great, a change from our usual spot near the waterfront. This hotel is in a very walkable residential area with a big ICA supermarket downstairs (it has a small restaurant with food and drinks) and many nice little restaurants and parks nearby. The main shopping street is 8-10 minutes walk away. Staffs were very kind and helpful, the superior room is spacious and perfect for a family of 4 (we have a toddler and a baby). Breakfast was awesome with many choices and very fresh. We will definitely return to stay here.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. Extraordinarily good by standards of a 4-star hotel. Spacious, well equipped rooms. The hotel is a bit on the stylish, modern side, without overdoing it. I loved it. Friendly and helpful staff. Although it is not placed in a top location, i.e. it is a bit outside the center in a mostly residential area, the area is fine, perfectly safe and even quite pretty. Less than 10 min walk to the major public transport hub Odenplan, where the metro and rapid rail transit brings you in less than 5 min to the center and fast everywhere else in Stockhom. Lots of buses are also there and one bus stop even closer to the hotel The absolute highlight was the breakfast buffet (among the best hotel breakfast I had in my life), including lots of healthy and veggie options - but don't worry, lots of tradtionally non-healthy stuff as well :-). Not sure whether I was lucky, I paid also a moderate price by Swedish standards.

No complaints. I am usually not a fan of dimly lit windowless breakfast rooms, but it was so tastefull decorated that it did not bother me much.

First impressions was the beautiful foyer, smelt lovely and reception very helpful. We arrived earlier than check in time, but were able to leave our cases whilst we went exploring until our room was ready. Was upgraded to a superior room, which was most appreciated. Beds comfy, room facing road was very quiet, no noise heard from neighbouring rooms either. Breakfast best spread we've ever seen. Really good separate table for gluten free/ vegan meant a full choice of breakfast items. You can also book the sauna privately which was great after a full day walking around Stockholm in the snow. Thoroughly recommended this hotel

That we couldn't stay longer!

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they supported us on everything we needed. We received a free room upgrade up on arrival from a Standard Room to a Superior Double Room which had also a great view :) They even have a separated locker room for baggage that we used on our last day after check-out. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The room, corridor and street area was calm and quiet. There is a grocery shot just under the Hotel which is very convenient. The highlight for me was the amazing breakfast with huge variety of fresh food, including fish, fruits, cereals, vegetables, pancakes, eggs, and many more things (one of my best breakfast experiences so far)

There is no minibar in the room. TV on room 730 was malfunctioning and, remote controller was broken. We asked for a new controller but did not solve the problem. Reception said they would look into it but nothing happened afterwards.

The hotel is situated around 10 minutes from the metro line into town so was very convenient but in a relatively quiet area. I had a room on the 'quiet side' and it was great for me as I'm noise sensitive. Very little noise in the hotel. Another bonus is that there is a supermarket next door, and another just over the street. Near streets of restaurants too.

The room servicing was a bit uneven - cups left unwashed, and room service items just left in the room. Not a great amount of storage space in the hotel and I stayed for a week.
