Good location,comfy room,nice staff.

Very bad system to connect password forWiFi.....even the staff said it was difficult....they must change this.

We had a good sized corner room with a balcony which is great as my husband is a smoker. The bathroom was very big with a decent shower and lovely big bath tub. It was exceptional value for money. It was clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful We had a quick check -in and check out. Lovely pool, though we didn’t have time to use it. Only a minutes walk from Sukhumvit and 5 minutes to Asok Sky train station so a great location for some lively night nice and restaurants nearby. The reception area is quite bling - blue shiny floors but in keeping with the sea theme of the hotel.

To be honest, not much to dislike. We chose not to have breakfast included as our 2nd night we were leaving too early to have breakfast so he wasn’t worth paying for, so I can’t comment on the food. The bar was being renovated so we couldn’t use it. The AC wasn’t working too well and the bath taps didn’t run. The hotel put us in a different room very quickly with no questions. The side road it’s on is nothing special and there was construction work going on next door so it was a bit noisy - but hey, this is central Bangkok and we actually didn’t hear a thing at night as the sound proofing was very efficient .

The rooms are very luxurious for the price, this quality is 2-3x more nearby ... Excellent bathroom spacious shower with hot strong water pressure .. Bed super comfortable .. soft pillows .. reception is artistic and colorful great for meeting guests .. overall excellent hotel and will definitely be back.

Could do with some hair conditioner in the bathroom .. also when you first come in the room is dim and hard to find where all the lights switches are as they are soft touch buttons located by the bed (also actually very nice because there's multiple color lamps and panels)

The staff are wonderful. The location was ideal for my meetings with proximity to BTS. I feel at home in this place and the new restaurant is delicious.

Of note. There is a large property being built next to the hotel. The Japanese construction company rent out the entire 2nd floor. Workers from the site come in and out of the property and clearly do not adhere to Covid protocol ie check temperature and gel hands. The security tries his best to monitor it and the facilities are there but he has other duties. Whilst sat in the foyer for several hours I saw the hotel electrician constantly go in and out of the property without adhering to any protocols. The cleaners are constantly cleaning the foyer but it is a concern.

Perfect location near Asok and Soi Cowboy (10 minutes walk) but not too noisy. The corner suite with balcony was very spacy and comfortable. Also not too expensive because it was a special Black Friday Offer. The hotel offers a taxi service which is convenient. You get two key cards for your room. The bed was comfortable with a not-too-hard mattress, like in many other hotels in Thailand.

The AC unfortunately was very loud at times (not permanently) due to its age. Which is a shame for the normally most expensive room in the hotel. That was the only negative thing.

everything was great (corner room with balcony): friendly staff, spacious room and also spacious bathroom, nice shower and bathtub, comfortable bed, very good WiFi, refrigerator, laptop safe, chair and table on the balkony… nice small swimming-pool with chair, matress and towels… very good breakfast buffet was at neighbour hotel Legacy Suites (breakfast room was closed at Mermaid).

Very clean, rooms are well decorated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Usually, hotel rooms have poor lightning, but the deluxe room where I was bright and light in the bathroom were also better than the usual.

The staff serving breakfast was outstanding, with perfect English, but the choice of breakfast was limited. It was well done and delicious, with eggs (the way you want them), sausage, and one slice of bacon. This is the only weak point, but then the girl serving was so good that their limited choice didn't matter.

The room is large and equipped with everything you would need.

Unfortunately, the walls are thin and there's a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms (even when the guests are talking, not screaming), which is not really acceptable for a 4-star hotel. There's also a pool but it's unattended and there is no way you could get drinks or anything else when sitting there. It's just a pool that looks thrown at the backside of the hotel, to say that they do have a pool.

Clean, comfortable, no frills hotel, with high floor spacious hotel room with balcony, king bed, large bathroom, bath and shower. Great value for money, and just off Sukhumvit Road between Asok and Phrong-Phong BTS stations. So perfect location if you are looking to be in this part of town. It is not 'luxury' but good value for money and definitely fit for purpose.

Comfy bed, hot shower and good air-conditioning. The room.feeks more like a 5 star hotel and was upgraded whcih was nice.

It's between Asoke and Phrom Phong stations so it's a bit of a walk to BTS. There is a construction site next door so there is loud noise especially by the pool. The pool needs some work too, it's in need of a makeover and clean up.
