great position , friendly staff, nice breakfast

the pool party that took over the majority of the pool bar area for some guys who invited a lot of Thai bar girls and ended up like a bit of a sex show as well as people taking drinks into the pool. saw one Thai girl get pushed into the pool with drink in hand which got water in the drink and she just poured the lot into the pool. there was no consideration for paying guests which spoilt it for me and others.

Room was nice and cozy. Amenities were nice like swimming pool and gym. Nice location and very nice and friendly staff. It was away from the crowd and yet in the city giving privacy and access to main areas of the city. Highly Recommended for those who looking for good value and nice clean hotel .

The breakfast had less vegetarians options. Also a recommendation is the need to put the vegetarian options separately or mark it specifically. Also even though there were some vegetarian items there was inherent seafood smell maybe because of the same oil or same pan. Hence it is very important to have separate section for vegetarians where it is cooked separately. So the taste is not changed and also the meal preferences are adhered. The breakfast was a nice mix of many meals and I enjoyed the same but would have been happier if vegetarian options did not have sense of smell of seafood. Other than that the breakfast was fabulous

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s on a quieter side street but still close to restaurants, bars and shops. It has very comfortable beds, good sized rooms and welcoming staff. You can easily walk to the sky train and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Book a room with a street view, it costs a little more but it’s much nicer

The new practice of charging your credit card a few days before arrival, then charging again when you arrive, The initial charge is refunded a week later but it all seems unnecessary. If they have already charged your credit card, why do it again at the hotel

Very friendly and competent staff with good English. Good nearby cafe/ restaurants/ laundry. Not far walking from MTR/ BTS Asok interchange. High standard of hotel suited for tourists. Good swimming pool on the roof. Room was excellent. Cleaning staff excellent. Will definitely return as my previous regular hotel in this area now closed. I visit BKK 3/4 times a year.

Slightly complicated air conditioning to operate. PLEASE NOTE - Easy to confuse this with the other hotel nearby also called Plaza (Park Plaza Sukhumvit). This hotel - the Park Plaza Soi 18 - IMO is much better but it is easy to confuse the 2. They should have different names... I ended up going backwards and forwards between the two over my usual complicated booking which always changes while I am traveling. This was due to a lack of appreciation that there were two hotels with almost the same name...

I have booked a small taxi service to Airport for 3 passengers, but the frontline staff helped to upgrade to a van which is more spacious to carry our luggage but pay no extra. I've misplaced my cellphone inside the van, and fortunately the hotels staff managed to contact the driver and sent it back to me to Airport. Truthfully appreciate their helps. The location is perfect for those with moderate travelling budget but looking for perfect METRO location, both BTS and MRT are just lesser then 10 mins walking distance. I can reach almost every way in Bangkok city by departing from these 2 stations.

Room is large in size and has both a bath and a shower, both are excellent. The pool on the roof is lovely, has enough shade and a lovely bar. The location is just great - it's a quiet soi, but a short walking distance to both MRT and Skytrain. The staff was exceptionally lovely at all times. I will come back to this one.

I had a cheap room, so the (very large, but cannot be opened) window was facing a wall, with a view of pipes and ventilation shafts.

The location , in a quiet street but very close from Sukhumvit road and from MRT and BTS stations. The breakfasts are really good and offer everything you could wish for. The equipment of the room is very good : it will be perfect with bathrobe. The maids are very efficient and kindly

I have never seen such a random organization for the cleaning of the rooms. It is frequent that the rooms are not cleaned by 5 or 6 pm! The reason is simple: on my floor there was one person to clean 20 rooms !!!! This is not at all in relation with the standing wanted by the hotel!!!

the location is very good, 5 minute walk to the MRT and tube also terminal 21, all in one place, the hotel is a little tired but still nice, we found the staff here are really friendly and happy always smiling with the exception of a couple, the concierge are really knowledgeable and cant help enough which was great, Big shout out to Antonio one of the concierge staff, we left my Blazer and a swimming costume in the room and they called and emailed and posted it to our next hotel in Pattaya cant thank him enough, but it was above and beyond our expectations, even followed it up by calling and messaging us to see if we had received the items what more could you aske for!! overall a good stay and would go back next time in Bangkok. a little tired decor but wouldnt say we didnt like it.

The location is not far away from major malls in Bangkok. I also like the breakfast and the staff service.

(1) The room service was bad. They came late and did not come when I asked for the service. They had no respect for the sign of privacy at the front door. They simply knocked on the door when the sign said "do not distribute". (2) There are some mosquitos at the hotel, especially where breakfast is served, that is, on the second floor. (3) I had to leave 12 hours before the time of checkout date and the hotel refused to return the money I paid for the breakfast and their "nonsense reason" was it was "a special offer". I did not like it because they should have told me this information when I arrived at the hotel.

150m from bts asoke station, located in quiet road. restaurant and massage nearby. breakfast a la carte (nice).

hotel attempted to charge me a higher rate than booked. had to provide original booking-slip to correct the error.
