Good location. Very convenient shuttle service to nearby areas. Professional, Friendly and helpful staff.

it seemed a little run down and post Covid they seemed a little short on staff. carpets and drapes could do some cleaning and refreshing. smelt stale and damp inside the rooms including the corridors. the rest of the hotel seemed fine for Radisson standards.

The Rooms are big and comfortable, a bit run down as we noticed the wardrobe door was a bit rickety, common bathroom sink had some draining issues etc, all of which were immediately sorted as soon as highlighted to the housekeeping. Good breakfast, Good AC, Good Wi-fi, Fantastic acoustics which kept the noise levels almost nil, rooms were peaceful, relatively close to City Centre, They run a shuttle upto main road and we never had to wait for the shuttle, it was always available. Overall a good stay, no major complaints as such, absolutely worth the money paid.

We stayed for 7 nights. First three nights they didn't keep enough toiletries like hand lotion/moisturizer etc. from 4th day on it was kept, don't know why it was missing the first three night. We were a family of three people in the one bedroom suite, but they always kept only two bath towels and hand towels, we always had to ask for the third towel, when they very well know it is a tipple occupancy, it is courtesy to keep 3 towels without being asked to do so.

I recently stayed at a room in Bangkok for 5 nights and I must say, it was a great experience! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep. The desk in the room was also very convenient, making it easy to get some work done during my stay. One of the highlights of the room was the bathroom - it was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The shower was fantastic, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, the bathroom was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I was also impressed with the wifi in the room. Although I had to log in every time I wanted to use it, the connection was pretty good and I didn't experience any major issues during my stay. This made it easy to stay connected with my work and family back home. The gym in the facilities was another great feature. It was well-equipped with a range of equipment, making it easy to get in a workout during my stay. The location of the room was also ideal for exploring the city - it was close to plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and public transport options. Overall, I would highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok. The great room and bathroom, huge bed, nice desk to work, good wifi, and great gym facilities made my stay truly enjoyable.

WOW this was my first time staying at a Radisson hotel and I can only describe it as an EXPERIENCE On checking in to a busy lobby I was greeted by the lobby manager Radnok? who had us checked in quickly without fuss In the room we sat on the bed which was sheer comfort, so much so we didn't want to get up to the point that we joked about staying on the bed relaxing and just ordering room service The room service menu was one of the most value for money hotel menus i've seen with all prices comparible to pub food prices at the English sports bars in the street Buffet Breakfast the next morning was.great, the staff at the Radisson are all ambassadors for the hotel and visibly love what they do. Smiling chefs cooking fresh omelettesand fresh fried eggs the Barista with a big smile as she continually produces all varieties of great coffees, This is why I described my stay as an experience Radisson Suites are now my go on my regular visits to Bangkok

Overall ambience is great. The suites are spacious and with clean sheets. Very quiet and peaceful. Facilities are great (rooftop jacuzzi, swimming pool and gym) are clean and well maintained. Breakfast changes daily and the restaurant looks grand. You can also order in-room dining. Convenient stores, launderettes, bars & restaurants and many street food available within walking distance. Safe place. You can book tours from the hotel lobby - there are always things to do.

The location to public transport is quite a walk (10 minutes). They have free shuttle to go to station but operation time is until 8pm (if not mistaken).

Room:-During my first night Superior room (722) was provided. Room is alright but the closet, Equipage table was so narrow, and uncomfortable to move around having office desk ( table ) with the chair(which does not even fit underneath of Office desk) The chair was a bit huge compared to desk lay out. Up graded to D-Lux room latter on - Excellent. and Thank You Break Fast: - As much as one can eat. Excellent Pool:- Did not have chance to visit

Lay out of the Superior room. I am talking about the superior room which was provided on first night

Room and Pool are good. But the breakfast is not. Only if they let us know their restaurant is closed, we won't buy the breakfast. The breakfast arrived very late and cold.

Room. Concierge and door staff/bag staff are very friendly and efficient. Same cannot be said for all front reception.

The rooftop spa is old, dirty and covered in patch up jobs. Close it or replace it. A blight on the Hotel. Also, replace poolside tiles with fake grass. The tiles are like walking barefoot over hot coals on a sunny day. It wouldn't be an expensive job but would make all the difference. Perhaps rotate your front reception staff with Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne for lessons in how to be friendly and welcoming.

location; facilities

initial check in was not smooth: due to delays at the airport, we arrived after midnight, instead of before midnight as we had originally communicated with the hotel. The person checking us in initially said they had only one booking for us, instead of the the 2 rooms booked on 2 separate bookings under my name. I recommend that people should print out their confirmed reservations, as this is what ensured that we were allocated the 2nd room we had booked.

The rooms that we stayed in was excellent. It was clean and luxurious. The room an office desk, a sofa set for 4 persons, two person dining table and a pantry with sink. The room was divided in 3 parts, bedroom, office with drawing room and dining with pantry. There was a large tv in the bed room and another one in drawing room in front of sofa. Check in and check out experience was also good.

The breakfast was poor compared to the hotel itself. We it was not bad, but was not as luxurious as the rooms i.e. nothing to write home about.
